Saim, the Omnichannel admin center app is deprecated, the Customer Service admin app is now the place to do the configuration. Thanks for watching!

Adding to this, April 1, 2023 Microsoft will begin deprecating the Omnichannel for Customer Service app, and users should migrate to the Customer Service workspace app.
