    That is the way I got more drawn honey frames last year. Two in the middle works good. Once they are partially drawn I take one frame out and space the frames as 9 to a box. You are a brave girl wearing a short sleeve shirt.

    When i use a queen excluder i make sure they have an entrance above it ..
    And i go thru my hives every 10 days or so to be sure there are no swarm cells as swarms dont make honey if they fly away .
    Good to see someone whose not totaly covered in armour .
    Great video .🎉

    At 8.50. I like it when you show everyone working there and some landscape and more hives. HOW do you deal with stings on you bare skin? UNREAL!
    Edit! THEY hurt like heck when I get stung...... and SWELL UP!

    • @speedfreak8200
      @speedfreak8200 7 месяцев назад

      They don't hurt that much.... obviously

    I try and keep one of the end hives empty. Bait it for a swarm and I usually catch one of my own and it fills in the dead outs…
    You have an empty spot on the pallet… Bait it…

    Getting your money's worth out of that smoker aren't you? Clover, honeysuckle, and tulip poplar are in full bloom here. Of course we been getting plenty rain lately. How's weather been there?
