I resonated so much with what you said about tracking that it's not normal to remember every bit of food you have in the day...I used to have very disordered eating and I'm a lot better now but still track. even though I track calories the whole day I think about everything I ate or have planned to eat later, I can even recount the foods I ate on a certain day like a year ago - it's awful. my relationship with food is so much better but regardless of whether I track or not I still ways think about it and it's exhausting. idk if you have any advice :/
Stop tracking, i know how hard it is because ive been there but you will never have a better relationship with food if you continue to track every single bit of food you eat, sending hugs xx
