Poch need to go coz almost one season and I still haven't identified what he is trying to do how can you change the two central defender and put a Young inexperience player in a big game when you have more experienced players on the bench

The root to this inconsistency needs to be addressed. Also, we tend to lose our heads when we concede early and after the 60th minute. It happened many times. The players definitely need to be coached on how to stay focused underprrssure. We have a really short breath in the games that we can't last whole 90 minutes

This was the first game against a big team this season that Chelsea got walloped. Coincides with them getting knocked out of the cup just the other day and not having much to play for. You can go bananas at Poch all you want but welcome to the mind of the modern early 20-something footballer which Chelsea squad is full of. If they're still losing like this in another years time then calling for a sacking is more warranted.
