    This was tough. I did do a few things different the third time around:) Please don't get mad but this reminds me, a little, of body pump, which I love. You can feel the muscles and can go heavier or lighter. Thank you so much for all your variety. I don't care if they're old or new you simply have to pick one and get a solid workout.

    Love these 1000 calorie work outs. I do you 30 day challange in the morning and this in the afternoon i feel great

    One of the best full bodywork out I came across in RUclips. I couldn't do it complete the video with weights but I did finished it without the weight . any advice ?

      It's 1000 calories burner! Unfortunately despite what others tell you, you can't burn 1000 calories in half an hour!
