Phil - at 08:50 - the sideways seats for Stewards, are not on a walkway as such, thats a separation space for Stewards and the Police, fans wont be allowed walk up or down there.
From 8:32 you can see that some of the away fans seats won’t have a view of the south goal because the wall is in the way. I checked on the club’s Virtual Venue site earlier and the views from there are definitely obstructed. Doesn’t bother me because only affects the away fans

@@Philtymo Yeah, I’m surprised. A small number of away fans will definitely complain and the club may have to take those seats out permanently. This is the only part of the ground with obstructed seats
@DuncTheBlue1878 maybe they won’t sell them? Just leave them empty for games , just a couple of seats. Will deffo give it a mention and you a mention if I remember tomorrowp

When they asked him to recommend managers to them he said he was available which he wasn’t because he was contracted to us. Then he sued us for money he said he was due which Everton disputed. He is NOT an Evertonian. He is a self-serving snake and I will never forgive him for adding to our misery by walking out on us.
