Is it normal for it to just scoot around randomly? It leaves so many spots full of dust .. And when it's time to dock, it just scoots around randomly again.

Be patient and have slightly more realistic expectations please. Also, this roomba originally came out in 2007 to give you an idea. I have also heard complaints like these since 2007.

I used to have it but I had to give it to my grandpa now I have the s9 vacuum cleaner it empty’s it self by a charging station it goes so loud it is kind of like a vacuum that you are cleaning that is very loud . Once the clean bace gets full the red light you open the bin you take out the bag throw it in the trash and get a new bag if you don’t have a new bag you have to try taking out the dust.
