I had the Shades of Night 45, Fluctuation , in near mint condition. One of the rarest records I've owned.

We did a gig with the CK’s, opening the Record Archive’s live soundstage badk in’79-80. Fun gig. They were always great at what they did.
the cover alone was worth the price of the LP
They did a rougher version of the turtles song the turtles are a little too polished and more pop this is more harsher and to be named after a cigarette is just wild.

They did a good job of copying the mid 60s sound. This type of garage was popular in 1966 my early teenage years.
