I made a small mistake when going over the demonized EXES at 9:25 . You download them from the releases tab on the right hand side not from Code -> Download zip. That was the old system to download them. Just download them from the releases tab and download the latest zip file, not the source code! Thank you!
I’m just about done with my mod list for the night. Fresh install with the 1.5.2 update. Bas, tilt, icons, mcm, atmospheric, sss, enhanced shaders, open spaces, and everything recommended for open spaces install instructions. Wish me luck that it works well

So didn't see that this was outdated till AFTER I did everything... ummm seems totally fine apart from some minor differences like it doesnt seem like I need to load reshade from console and there were a couple extra options when installing the atmospheric mod but still all seemed pretty straight forward so that's awesome :P

Okay so i have no clue what im doing wrong, installed modded exs, installed all the mods with correct modules and the correct load order in MO2, deleted shaders but when i load in all i see is a white layer over everything which flashes white and black very quickly (could even cause a seizure). Can someone help? Im playing anomaly 1.5.1 and followed all the instructions but it doesnt work . I havent installed any shader mods before.

Because from my understanding there is no way to remove aliasing in this game, yet, your video clearly looks like there is no aliasing.- Edit: NVM, tried it out mahself. xD This is the best anti-aliasing I've seen yet. Though, I do have a hefty cost in frames on higher resolutions, or a slight bluriness on 1080p, it certainly look better than the aliasing in the default game or EFP. ^u^ Edit2: I am blown away by how well this turned out, the aliasing is basically gone, I get about 45 FPS on 2715x1527, however, at 1920x1080 I oddly get higher fps than I did before. Maintaing a solid 60fps on a I9-10900k and RTX 2070ti. The image quality isn't as crisp as having it on 2715x1527, but there is very little aliasing, and plays very smooth. However, if you don't mind playing at around 45 FPS, go for the higher resolution. My frames don't seem to fluctuate too much, so even when I play on 2715, it doesn't seem to drop too much lower than the 40s.
No I use TFAA which is a form of anti aliasing that relies on motion vectors. It’s done through reshade. If you’ve watched the video then you’d see me talking about it when I use AtmosR.

Im glad I got to this kinda early. I keep getting a "Shader compilation failed" error, cant start the game from the launcher. I have turned things on and off, made sure the Demonized EXEs was ran through and through, the re-shade stuff was where it needed to be, the re-shade stuff was deleted, my game looked, EXACTLY, like yours. Step by step, I even reinstalled all of EFP, all of the re-shade, deleted all mods besides EFP mods and the mods you showcased. I disabled all mods that you disabled. Tried running it on DX11, DX10, DX11-AVX. Nothing.
@@niceone6785 it’s fixed. It was literally because I had the “gamma” one installed. I’ve always heard that there are some exceptions to installing gamma mods to work with efp and anomaly. I installed the “EFP” version of atmospherics. I guess I skipped the part of your video where it showed three different kinds of atmospherics.

In the latest atmispheric a lot of reshade preset are misding like Nature reshades and other IDK why... And Phrosac AreaX_v1 idk why maintaining if it is old when dynamic tonemap was present Idk why but dybamic tonemap was looking to good

doubt answers will be given but ever instance of removing reshade shader folder screws the game 1.5.2 and thats with atmospherics it never fails if it has its own shader file in it its not working its been a complete headache to try and get this to work

tested on vanilla Anomaly 1.5.1 everything works. Installed the new clean anomaly and updated it to version 1.5.2, installed the mods and they don't work, why is that?
Everything is fine for me but the world is still blurry for me and its not smooth like yours. I copied the same vanilla graphic settings like anti aliasing aswell.

Ive demonstrated multiple times now on the EFP and gamma discord showing that NVGs work in every weather cycle. This isn't an issue on my end and is an issue on your end. I can't help you, but you can most likely fix it by tweaking the beefs nvgs mcm.

Damng that looks good! also you dont need Reshade when ColorGrading settings are an option haha, and you can type Bloom Fast 0 to enable bloom effects

An install issue, if you are playing EFP and you are having an issue then go to the atmospherics preset posting to report your issue there.

You can install them as both parts separately they work together and the load order for both in relation to one another doesnt matter.

Im guessing above SSS meaning lower priority. Make sure to enable the mcm patch for shader driven scopes in the SSS mcm.

no, Shadow of Chernobyl runs on a completely different engine. I recommend you to play Radiophobia 3 for SoC.

Reshade is only working when I launch the game in the vanilla launcher not from MO2.
Well I figured it out. When installing Reshade I had selected the Anomaly Launcher by mistake. Make sure you select the DX11 exe

hey man great video! i just have one question. for me the rain puddles dont seem to work. i followed your video... even installed the modded exes tho i already play on GAMMA so there is no need. everything else seems to work except for the puddles. like are they forming or are they just there when rain was already loaded on a map? like i dont get it.. i watch the ground for like 10 minutes but nothing is forming. do you have any tips or suggestions what i could have done wrong?
