The main differentiation for neonatal CPR is primarily airway, breathing and circulation focused. Child and infant CPR focuses on compressions first. Neonates are so driven from a lack of oxygen that it is the primary concern that they get the oxygen they need. 3 compressions to 1 breath is recommended for a neonatal patient. Heart rate, blood pressure, movement, and color of the neonate are the primary aspects to look at when providing basic life support.

Thank you this video is very informative. I know this is the guidelines but I cant imagine how in the world 1 rescuer could do 3 compressions to 1 breath efficiently, though. Seems like it would be very difficult.
