Here is my recipe for Biria tacos
Start of by salting your Meat, I use chunk beef and beef bones
15 Guajillo Chiles
3 Ancho chile
5-7 Chile de arbol depending on how spicy you want them to be
4 Bay Leaves
2 tsp Thyme
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp Pepper corn
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tbsp Chicken bullion
1 tosp salt
7 cloves
Little piece of cinnamon stick
4 Roma tomatoes
1 Onion
7garlic cloves
1/4 cup of white vinegar
