Ive been at lvl.80 for like 2 weeks now. I need more POWER!!! I got 334k power and I still cant beat Kargalgan. Its like I haft to get lvl 20. for each artifact and lvl 100 for each signature weapon just to do it.

For most stages the best skills are breaking skills:
So in general would be this order:
Armor break > death dance > multistrike > crushing blow
But depending on the element some might not be as good so it will depend on each element(see below):
Light: Death Dance > multistrike > crushing blow > armor break
Dark: Death Dance > multistrike > crushing blow
Water: multistrike > armor break
Fire: Armor break > crushing blow > death dance > multi strike
Wind: Armor break > multistrike > crushing blow
