查看英國不同地區樓價，官方數據是一個名為UK House Price Index 的指數，這官方網站資訊很多，除了整體樓價走勢外，亦有不同房屋類型的分類走勢，包括Detached、Semi-detached、Terraced和Flats。若對個別地區興趣較大，可以加以研究。
英國不同地區樓價大約可以分為三個檔次。跟據上圖順序，第一、與倫敦走勢和價錢非常相近，一般是倫敦樓的八至九折。第二、價錢較倫敦平一點，大約是六折左右，但升勢不太跟得上倫敦。第三、樓價在倫敦的四折或以下，除曼徹斯特外，基本上跟不上樓價在QE環境中的大升勢。若希望投資英國樓市，能緊貼整個升勢，即使買不起倫敦樓，也要盡量避免其他二三線城市，貪平未必有好結果。
英國樓(倫敦)最近16年累計樓價平均升幅，若不計及透過按揭倍大回報，實際上比恆生指數回報還惡劣，而且還跑輸政府印錢的速度。如果希望自住和投資兩者兼得，除非有超凡選樓能力，否則只能祝君好運。單計自住需求，跟買跑車一樣，是一種消費，價值因人而異，沒有值與不值的問題。如果打算去當地定居，便需接受真正的"房住不炒"文化。

There are some UK financial stocks with similar dividend yield with Hang Seng, such as Prudential, Aviva, Schroders or commercial REIT, Big Yellow. Also, some consumption stocks paid a higher dividend yield, for example, Tesco, Vodafone and British American Tobacco, but these stocks have relatively higher risk.
