    Important for the long life and accuracy is to never forget to undo the handle to 0 so the spring is not stretched over time.

      Everyone likes to parrot this, but it's not as important as people like to make out. Non-adjustable torque wrenches (or wrenches that are set at the factory to a single torque) which therefore have the spring under tension all the time, are just as reliable as adjustable torque wrenches.

    Thanks,for the great review! I just bought the 'Parkside' torque wrench in the UK tonight from my local Lidl, price £19.99, yours looks virtually identical to the one I have here. Nice to see you demonstrating and testing it, I just got it for my car wheel nuts, the wheels on my new car are a bit expensive, gonna check the torque monthly, along with my tyre pressures.

    Thanks! How about the four lines below 80 Nm line, do they click and if so, what are the readings?

    Hi, what about if the car wheel bolts are tightened at 120 Nm but I need to be at level 100 Nm? Does it mean that I will never reach the clicking point using the torque wrench, set on 100?

    Hi. Thank you for this. Very interesting. I've just bought one of these and I'm unsure as to how to set it correctly as mine was the last in the store and the instructions were, of course, missing! I understand that twisting the silver handle to change the settings, but what is the black metal knurled screw at the base for? It's marked 'lock, unlock' and I'm unsure how and when it should be used. Many thanks again.

      Its for locking the selected torque value so it won't change when you applying force to the hadle :)

    Thank you very much for your video! Honestly, I did not expect such accuracy. Perhaps, it is worth to buy that for personal garage applications

    Благодаря за видеото. От известно време обмислям да взема такъв за редките случаи, в които имам нужда от подобен инструмент. До колкото разбирам тези ключове трябва да се калинрират от време на време. Този има ли възможност за калибрация?

    • @icku
      @icku  2 года назад

      Само торсионните нямат възможност за калибровка.

      @@icku Виждам, че разбираш от такива инструменти. Препоръчваш ли го за някой като мен, на когото му се налага 2-3 пъти в годината да използа подобен инструмент?

      @Николай Иванов Чак пък да разбирам, но мерси, мерси. Уча сe. Ами да, не е лош ключа, но по-скоро да потърсиш предходния модел - от 42 до 200Nm. С по-голям диапазон на тестване е.

      Старите бяха отвратителни , играл съм си да ги калибрирам и след 50 клика отново почва да бяга и да нараства с вдигането на нютоните , за това съм заложил на щаувеле динамометрични . Имам доста , на бета , на солинген и вюрт . Щаувеле е най добрия динамометричен .

    Hello!
    what about the marking below 80Nm? How accurate is stay according to you? If you stil have it, can you measure them as well? Thanks!

    • @icku
      @icku  Год назад +3

      Its outside the scale. You will need a different torque wrench to measure below 80Nm.

      Those markings are valid, they go to 40NM, its accurate even one turn below that -30NM.
