Bodycam DUI Arrest - 22-Year-Old is All Smiles Until Her Breath Alcohol Test Results Are Revealed

- On October 8, 2023, Miami Township Police Officer Tudor observed a vehicle commit numerous traffic violations. He initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and the 22-year-old driver admitted that she and her friends were coming from a bar. However, she claimed to be the designated driver, who had consumed no alcohol. Officer Tudor wasn't buying her story and he asked her to perform standardized field sobriety tests (FSTs). He then asked her to submit to a preliminary breath test (PBT), but she refused. She was placed under arrest for DUI. At the police station, she submitted to an evidentiary breath test and the result was 0.169% BAC (over twice the legal limit). Her charges and the outcome of her case are discussed at the end of the video.
Ha Ha! This girl is something else! LoL. Before the breathalyzer test, this girl was all smiley and thinking this was a big joke, and literally trying to flirt with the police officers! After the breathalyzer test, reality set in! Young and dumb! Live and learn! If she watched these shows as religiously as she said she watched them, she would have refused the breathalyzer all together! 🙄 😫 😂
if you refuse they just get a warrant and take your blood.. you dont get out of it.. also the punishment for making them go through those extra steps is worse than just consenting
@@meg-jg2rl Hmmm, is that so? Maybe the laws are different between states, because if You refuse in New York, it is actually to your advantage. They may put you in jail overnight, but then when you come out, conviction is much harder on their part. If your attorney is good. 😁
@@barbaramcnerney9166Yes, laws are different in each state. Where I live refusing a field sobriety test and breathalyzer will result in charges.
@@barbaramcnerney9166 What advantage? "New York has an implied consent law. This law basically states that if you are driving on a public road and there is reasonable suspicion that you are impaired, you must agree to take a breathalyzer test. Refusing a breathalyzer in NY results in an automatic suspension of your driver’s license for 6 months to a year and a fine of up to $500. These are in addition to the DUI/DWI penalties should you be arrested and found guilty."
@@toddengle7878 I can only speak from experience. The "suspicion" that a driver was impaired MUST be proven in the courtroom. Since there is NO definitive proof, with an attorney who fights fire with fire, so to speak, the allegations have been acquitted. Yes, there may be a fine, but, no detrimental consequences where driving privileges were suspended. I am talking from personal experience. 😊
It’s amazing how people who choose to drink and drive blame the police for their bad choices.
@deannarohrbach1608 You're right. It's the exact same mindset over illegal parking. They'll park illegally or in a disabled only spot, then foul mouth the tow company for taking away their scrap heap. If you parked properly like many other folks, maybe you'd not have such a screwed-up life either. In both cases, these are choices the driver willfully makes, but they refuse to accept the responsibility of their screw ups - it's always someone else's fault.
@@michpich6319 So true. People would much rather blame everyone else than admit to their own mistakes.
so true and the police are so gentle with them sad that is
and look up the court cases of these self same entitled mutts when they are convicted of vehicular homicide, manslaughter, etc. There was one appalling incident, covered by another youtuber as well as a 'stand alone' bodycam 'episode'.. where this idiotic girl giggled, laughed, sang after destroying two pedestrians. The cop is putting her through the 'dance of sobriety (ragical)' and she is grinning like a 'possum eating sh**' (my exe's saying). all the while you can catch glimpses of the paramedics trying to save the lives of the two victims.
in the station the cop was not hesitant to display his disgust at this creatures behaviour. All she kept going on about was 'school next day'. Could not get it through her thick skull.
She was set to graduate from the college and, to their credit, the other students when they learned this demonstrated as they did NOT want this thing at that ceremony. In the end, the school banned her from the ceremony but mailed her diploma.
She was sentenced to 14 years. It should have been at least 30 until she was too old to 'kid'.

When she told the story about the girl getting murdered after she left the police department she forgot about the story of the other girl drinking and driving and killing somebody on the way home
To my mind, a sober person would never NOT take the breathalyzer test, as it would confirm that they're sober.
Bingo! After all of this, the arresting officer nailed it with, "I wasn't the one who chose to drink and drive. " Tho she's obviously not able to face accountability, by denying the accuracy of the multiple tests, all of a sudden it's the officer's fault for screwing up her life. We're seeing a growing number of people who refuse to be held accountable. At 22, it looks like this young woman is headed for a long lifetime of disappointments. Why does she think that because she was "RESPECTFUL" to the officer she shouldn't get charged. You drank and you drove, and you treated the officer with respect AS HE TREATED YOU. You don't get a brownie button for acting as you freaking should
To be frank, she wasn't that respectful. A lot of her attitude was smarmy and condescending. Plus, she outright lied about even drinking, and tried to boast she was the DD for her friends. lol If that's what she considers respectful, then Houston, we have a problem!

She was just divulging the reason she was being respectful to the officers. And many here in the comments either don't recognize that or don't care. Maybe they don't see the difference.
@@lovethybunnyIt's true she wasn't really that respectful. She was always acting a bit arrogant and "too cool for school". But she was being cooperative and had a friendly/polite demeanor, even if it was obviously some sort of charm offensive. Hard lesson to learn. These young people nowadays need to take responsibility for their actions.
It costs about $6 for a back tail light bulb. You can also ask one of the employees to help to install the bulb. And just don't drink and drive.
Damn inflation, they used to be 99 cents.
When she said she just got a job and was waiting until she got paid to get it fixed, it made me laugh. My back break light was out a couple of months ago. I went to the auto part store and he didn't even make me buy both lights so I paid like 2.00$ for the light and he helped me put it in for free. I could have done it because it's not hard, but my car is old, so when I pulled the bulb out, it busted. What I'm saying is that she didn't have to wait on a paycheck to replace the bulb. Lol! She could have found change laying around or asked a friend for a couple of bucks!! That excuse was clearly stupid. Haha! And if she knew her light was burned out, why did she drink and drive?! She was asking to get pulled over! I really think she thought she could flirt her way out of going to jail. Didn't work! Lol
less than the costs of the drinks she bought that night - which got her arrested and brought on the additional charges and expenses
But she had money enough for alcohol!
Nah, I've had that car since 2012. Electrically, the car's trash. Replace it, and it burns out a month or two later. Finally had to replace both head and tail light assemblies for it to work BETTER (then OTHER electrical issues popped up).
I'm totally with you on the just don't drink and drive part though.
She made the choice to drink and drive, endangering her friends and others lives, but, the cop is ruining her life. Hope she matures from this bad judgement.
6:00 And she says she watches Cops all the time and knows the FSTs, but hasn't learned from those videos that MOST people who say they didn't drink any alcohol at all DEFINITELY had alcohol and are lying about it to the cops. Somehow, the cops almost always figure out the person was lying. Wonder why she learned so much about the FSTs, but nothing about how she shouldn't lie. What a doofus!!
I doubt she'll learn with that attitude: everyone else is to blame! She also blatantly lied to the Officer about having any alcohol - so that was a good start!

She is over-confident about getting home safe ( as are the majority of DUI supects), and delivering her friends, or what ever. And the story is always, 'I just wanna get home and I live right over there''. I don't recall the statistic off hand on how many vehicle accidents occur within five minutes or five miles from home, but it is alarmingly significant. Actually, I was curios about that accident statistic so just looked it up; nearly 52% of accidents occur within 5 miles from home; 69% of accidents occur within 10 miles from home. So next time you're out drinking and confident that you're fine to make it home, maybe you have about a 50 / 50 chance of getting there without incident.
Women get away with a lot.
It's amazing to me how often the vulgar language the f word comes out the minute they know they're in trouble period almost every single person! I could not stand that they should get an extra charge. Who taught them it's okay to do that?

And, with a car, all it takes is one hit. I saw another video recently where a drunk driver killed a bicyclist riding in the bike lane and kept driving, not even knowing he had ended someone's life. @@06THAT_SIDE_CJ I don’t get why people sexualize women as an insult instead of just making up some normal insult like why the fuck do you have to be creepy about it
Wow, that demeanor switch around 30:05 is frightening.
That's truly who she is, and to make matters worse, she explains that she just got a Domestic Violence Charge prior to this arrest.
Yeah, she is a hothead, immature, entitled brat, and I'm grateful the officer kept it real with her behind.
@anhonorableindependent9124 I love her..she's my kind of gal
She even totally switched up the way she was talking, the words she was using, her entire ‘nice girl’ act lol
lol she started to talk like your kind.. HAHAH she must hang around alot of ur kind.
And as someone who has been a DV victim, i can tell you that they are almost always wonderful at masking their horrible behaviors in front of others. That whole beginning of the video was an act to try and manipulate.
Exactly! 💯🎯👏
"I was all 'blue' and respectful." Being true blue means knowing when to stay away from behind the wheel and owning up to the facts and behavior. It's tragic that alcohol gives some people delusions of capability and entitlement.
Thank you for providing all conclusions to this woman's case. It's frustrating when there's not a conclusion to the case viewed. It's like... why bother.
She chose to drink and drive but she blamed the officer for her problems.
Did she actually think that by being respectful, she would get to go home after drinking? She was trying to flirt her way out of trouble. That officer was good-looking but not stupid. Lol. He was respectful the whole time even after her true attitude came out. The way she flipped from a sweet, innocent young girl to a mean swearing entitled brat was funny to watch. That sweet act might work with her parents and friends, but it sure as heck didn't work with this officer. He didn't ruin her life she did by driving drunk. She got what she deserved. I think jail time should be a mandatory thing. Did she say she just got a DV?!! I can't imagine why!! Lol!
@@sabrinamasters7403 Thanks. She's pure Jekyll an Hyde this one isn't she?

✔️✔️✔️
Her respectfulness was an act. She is an Eddie Haskell. She was sucking up to the cop and when she blew twice the limit, the act collapsed.
I was gonna say wow the dirty mouth on her. Why do people think it’s a good idea to curse multiple times when talking with cops. Do you use the f bomb like that when you speak to your boss? If you wouldn’t then don’t.
I love how they blame everyone instead of taking responsibility for themselves 😡
She really thought she was going to talk her way out of this 😂😂
She thinks she is the victim...typical...
The guy who killed my mom thought “I can make it home” just like you did.. you’re lucky you didn’t kill your friends, someone else or your self..
Im so sorry for your loss
All drunk drivers think that they can make it home safe. I thought that as well until a cop pulled me over
😢❤
And now the silly smile is gone! Great job officer!
Girl can handle her liquor !!
Wow what a complete shift in personality. These people play the innocent, harmless role until they know it isn't working, and then a total shift happens. CRAZY.
But she say’s she can control herself lol
Wow, usually when the cuffs go on you get the attitude change. Her trailer park came out when they gave her those results.
Yeah, that was straight up amazing! Tbh she maintained really well until the results. So glad she was caught, I think she's a habitual drinker.
@@sandramichaud8033 You saw it. She went from all sweet and proper to "no bro, come on bro" in 0-60
They are not trailer parks. They are manufactured homes. Mine has 1800 sq ft. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,a family room ,living room , dining room, laundry room , pantry and I resent the slur also have 2 wood burning fireplaces. Probably have more cupboard space than you do. Don’t put down people who live in manufactured homes.
You are right. I've seen people tear down their beat up home and replace it with a manufactured home.
Yup, exacty right
What a great officer. Loved the fist bump after the breathalyser.
Drunks are annoying, and a danger to everyone.
For 0.169% BAC she look fairly decent? Do we have chronic alcoholic here?
As this girl goes on and on you really see how she tries to play and fool this police officer. She is NO INNOCENT young girl. She’s a player and also a liar. She blew twice the limit and she tried to blame the police. She is a entitled narcissists.
spot on 💯
People do act differently when inebriated
Girl flipped a switch REAL QUICK.
Omggg she switched up quick
Well her attitude changed quickly. She thought she was cute and could smile her way out. Uh no brat.
Literally everyone that drinks and drives fully believes they are “fine” to drive, however to the sober person behind them watching them drive it’s definitely not fine. Thank you officers!
So true! Proverbs says that wine is a mocker and strong drink a brawler and those who are intoxicated by it are not wise. Nothing new under the sun.
@@ccbitikoferThat's fiction😂
she went from sorority girl to angry gangster in .169 seconds 😂
When they say “honestly” twice you know they’re lying
The BEST part of realizing that someone who lives locally is on RUclips for a DUI is looking up the case on the county docket. She, of course, initially pled not guilty. Since you know she wasn't difficult so he should have just let her go... However she eventually changed her plea to guilty, was assessed several hundred dollars in fines, one year license suspended, one year of reporting probation
I bet her probation officer is just gonna love her! Of course all her court fees are still outstanding too. What a special young lady.
She's an angel compared to most.
You always plead not guilty. If you plead guilty you can't get a plea bargain with the prosecutor
Everyone lives five minutes down the road.
And only had two drinks.
And anxiety
Not ME!! I’m UP the road!!!
Respectful has no bearing on dui. One should always be respectful
How do you say you're immature without saying you're immature??
It kills me when THEY do stupid things but blame the police for being in trouble!!
The fist bump after the breathalyzer is priceless.
Yeah I think she saw them do that too which started her downhill….she knew her goose was cooked and hence I’ll get angry and gaslight officer.
Fucking losers 😂🤦🏽
“Honestly”…I would expect nothing else.
“Literally”…Really? I expected it to be virtually.
“Anxiety”…nope. Anxiety is being in a landing craft heading for Normandy Beach on June 6th, 1944.
Like, I, like, agree.
@@pipermccoolI swear, I'm not going to lie.

Don’t drink and drive means DON’T DRINK AND DRIVE. It amazes me so many people refuse to accept this.
Zero accountability
First rule of law. Never admit to anything
She “knows the law” but doesn’t know it’s illegal to drink and drive? Yeah, we’ll see her again, she doesn’t think she did anything wrong.
Notice how fast it turned from all giggles and flirty to you are a SOB when she realizes she screwed up and the acting did not work for her benefit! Typically blame everyone else for her poor choices and gets nasty when she has to take responsibility for her own choices.
100 % accurate!
She's twenty two years old and she's still in High-school? How is that possible? I thought the age limit was twenty.
Is annoying else annoyed on how many times this girl interrupted this officer? Omg! Shut up!
