hello Vijaya looks so so yummy...red color ...so temping.....lemon juice works as preservative also....why cannot we add little preservative as the pickles which we get in the market....you know Bangalore climate you get fungus very fast.....any thing you get fungus..even plants....I use gingelly oil...say it is equal to olive oil..yes it is expensive but suits Bangalore climate. and keeps body warm. ..
