When to introduce books to your baby?? 👶📚 Indian mom experiences

I am a big believer of habits and planning. ☺️ If you want your baby to grow up in a certain way,🐣🐥🐓 you need to inculcate those habits from the start. You need to plan and give your 100% to help your baby get into those habits. Whether the baby has interest in that particular activity or not is secondary but you need to give your baby the exposure to it. 👍🏻😃
We want our babies to ditch screen time and read books, but do we introduce them to books before we show them our phones or tablets or screens?? 🤨🙄
So, introduce books to your babies as soon as you can. There's no right or wrong age. Stop stressing about whether your baby is understanding it or not. 😬 Your baby's brain is in superfast mode till around 4 years of age. Give it as much stimulation as you can. ☺️🙏🏻
Reading out to your baby not only builds their listening skills, but also builds their vocabulary, communication skills and memory 🧠😃
I keep 30 mins for Noor as reading time in the morning where I read to her or let her explore her books or even chew them 😂😁 Sometimes we can't finish the story because she gets too interested in seeing the bright pictures, but all this is part of the process 😃
My crinkle books are from @parentingdonerightindia , sound books from Amazon and Hamley's, and the remaining are either pre-loved or from Amazon. 📚☺️
Take this step for your baby today. Let them be with books - whether they look at them, or read them or listen to them or even chew or play with them 😄😉 Its all a process which will bear fruit later on 👍🏻
