you know that thor hammer is op if u wonder why because the statics charge deals so much dmaage i test it with my bff hes hp is 152 i hit him with 7 static charge it became 111 hp pls hes armor s2 full def 1 plus jts not yet max static max is 10 and 1 static charge can regen u 3 hp limit is 10 3 x 10= 30 op hammer but there a 25 percent the static charge can be struck already sample: u hit some one when u hit him it did not struck u gain a static point more point higher damage if u gain 10 static charge means its really sure hit struck

Bro basically per hit u gain a stack of static, static increased dmg by +3 and heals some hp for every stack you have, and theres a 25% chsnce to use those stacks and depending on how much u have, like if u have 3 static and the 25% ability activates u deal +9 dmg and restore hp 3x
