@Danielle44495 you would start by doing a chart as if you were born at the same time you were, but in that location. From there, it is a matter of reading the chart as if it were your birth chart. Does that help?
Hiii!❤ I was seeing the Leo AC one and the moon or cancer on AC line🙀 I am a sag sun (5H), Leo moon(1H), and Leo rising I feel like I come off soft spoken at first and more cancerian when I first meet people. Also the thing you said about “energetic vampires” taking from us is so true💀 I feel like I was a magnet for people with a bunch of problems at some point because of the comfort I radiate. Not long ago, a friend of mine told me I reminded her of her mom xD but idk I feel like that's not all there is to me. I'm more goofy and loud with my inner circle of friends and family. Something you also said that resonated with me is the emotional turbulence part💀 I feel like doing something until I don't. Same here. I read that Libra risings maintain peace, not that they get peace from their presence. Something about Libra risings make us seem like pushovers and so people have a tendency of wanting to use us as a punching bag and we have to maintain the peace but I'm tired of that and I'm ready for the conflict but let me give you a warning because every time I stood my ground or fought back I was always the person that got in more trouble than the other because I was always expected to be the bigger person in the situation. Libra risings are to maintain peace, not be given it. You have to contiously create your own peace in life instead of it be given to you. Sucks, doesn't it?

I'm a Libra rising with Pluto in Scorpio in the 1st house and yes even with much of my earlier life I was always trying to maintain harmony in a conflict environment, but it just seemed I always rub people the wrong way and they are very weary of me. I was a big people pleaser most of my life due to me wanting everything to be fun, lighthearted and happy. People all throughout my life have always felt the need to either attack, belittle or bash me but that can also be the Aries 7th house too. I seen a lot of death growing up as well as having been through many internal transformations and trying to make it a physical transformation as well with living a more healthier life due to early life being full of self sabatoge and addiction. I question everything in life and even the things that I do and that is it aligning with what would truly makes me happy. Pluto in the first house. I do feel like everything that gets thrown at me is meant to take me deeper and to instruct me. There is a scene on the film As Good As It Gets where one of the characters riffs on how some people get the live a "noodle salad life" (of ease) while others have to learn lessons. I can't help but wonder what it must be like to sail through a "noodle salad" life....would it be a sort of blissful unawareness?? I don’t have a planet per-say on my ascendant line BUT I do have an asteroid on my ascendant, the asteroid Anubis. I have been looking everywhere for information on what having an asteroid on your ascendant line means and more specifically the asteroid Anubis and sadly not much luck. Would be interested to hear you explanation of what it means. I wish the internet had more resources on it but the only thing that comes up is mythology of Anubis but how does it relate in astrology and what it means to have it on my ascendant line. I have Sun, Asc, Jupiter, Uranus & Pluto in virgo. Does that happen to point to a poverty mindset? I seem so be stuck in etreme financial limitation. It is so frustrating. On a more positive note, I AM a "whizzy" virgo. My kids even noticed that I never sit down. And ideas, too, pop in constantly. It is hard to discern which to follow up on and which to let go. The speed though is amazing. Sometimes even I can't keep up with it. I was just thinking, yesterday, how nice it would be to have a partner who might be inclined to follow up more on some of my ideas. ; ) Thank you.

I have Pisces in my 1st. I’m a Pisces rising. However, my chart ruler is Jupiter in the 10th house along with Neptune in the 10th house as well in Sagittarius. My 1st house is empty but I have Lilith on the cusp of the 12th house in Pisces. I do have my sun, moon, Neptune, and Pluto aspecting my ascendant.
I have Uranus (1st House) and Neptune (12th House) on my Ascendant line (Capricorn). My Uranus placements make a ton of sense because I always have gone against the grain. I have a hard time hiding this part of myself. My Neptune placement is a part of my personality too (and its home in the 12th house) but that's part of myself that i hardly show but people know its there. These placements blending into my Capricorn Ascendant makes me appear and be an old soul. And get this my chart ruler (Saturn) is in Pisces (2nd house). Go figure lmao. Overall, let just say I have an Aquarius personality without having a single Aquarius placement. But in the 9th harmonic I do have Sun in Aquarius.

@Danielle44495 you would start by doing a chart as if you were born at the same time you were, but in that location. From there, it is a matter of reading the chart as if it were your birth chart. Does that help?

Not long ago, a friend of mine told me I reminded her of her mom xD but idk I feel like that's not all there is to me. I'm more goofy and loud with my inner circle of friends and family.

Same here. I read that Libra risings maintain peace, not that they get peace from their presence. Something about Libra risings make us seem like pushovers and so people have a tendency of wanting to use us as a punching bag and we have to maintain the peace but I'm tired of that and I'm ready for the conflict but let me give you a warning because every time I stood my ground or fought back I was always the person that got in more trouble than the other because I was always expected to be the bigger person in the situation. Libra risings are to maintain peace, not be given it. You have to contiously create your own peace in life instead of it be given to you. Sucks, doesn't it?

I'm a Libra rising with Pluto in Scorpio in the 1st house and yes even with much of my earlier life I was always trying to maintain harmony in a conflict environment, but it just seemed I always rub people the wrong way and they are very weary of me. I was a big people pleaser most of my life due to me wanting everything to be fun, lighthearted and happy. People all throughout my life have always felt the need to either attack, belittle or bash me but that can also be the Aries 7th house too. I seen a lot of death growing up as well as having been through many internal transformations and trying to make it a physical transformation as well with living a more healthier life due to early life being full of self sabatoge and addiction. I question everything in life and even the things that I do and that is it aligning with what would truly makes me happy. I have a lot of hard placements in my chart, but I keep pushing for better in my life.

I don’t have a planet per-say on my ascendant line BUT I do have an asteroid on my ascendant, the asteroid Anubis.
I have been looking everywhere for information on what having an asteroid on your ascendant line means and more specifically the asteroid Anubis and sadly not much luck. Would be interested to hear you explanation of what it means. I wish the internet had more resources on it but the only thing that comes up is mythology of Anubis but how does it relate in astrology and what it means to have it on my ascendant line. I am curious to learn as much about astrology about myself and to help others know themselves.

I think the challenges with those placements are ridgidness, overly critical and obsessive. If you're dealing with financial issues, I would shift your attention on your physical and mental health. Health=wealth in your case. You may see more abundance in the health space.

I have Uranus (1st House) and Neptune (12th House) on my Ascendant line (Capricorn). My Uranus placements make a ton of sense because I always have gone against the grain. I have a hard time hiding this part of myself. My Neptune placement is a part of my personality too (and its home in the 12th house) but that's part of myself that i hardly show but people know its there. These placements blending into my Capricorn Ascendant makes me appear and be an old soul. And get this my chart ruler (Saturn) is in Pisces (2nd house). Go figure lmao.
Overall, let just say I have an Aquarius personality without having a single Aquarius placement. But in the 9th harmonic I do have Sun in Aquarius.
