We always enjoy your beautiful Miami views. One thing you might want to consider with your tires is your weight distribution on each side of your camper.
First off, thank you for the the great content you have given us,best wishes to you ,your wife and entire family, have a great Christmas and a wonderful new year, party looked like a blast, loved the Don Johnson ,Miami Vice suit, would love to know what you do for a living and hope there more great content to come, cheers🎆
Thank you, merry Christmas to you too. I just have a desk job at a major multinational corporation. They do have a big budget for these type of events.
TravelingRobert oh ya,with regard of the tire, check your bearings and rim ,might be way off balance, also does the wheel wobble when you jack it up and spin it?,my boat trailer had a warped axle and had a similar problem
What I meant to say is do a video with you singing and playing your keyboard. Along with your fellow players if need be. But anything you do is good enough. :) Thanks Robert.
Hello TravelingRobert, the tire wear can be caused by sharp turns, for example when you drive in and out parking lots, gas stations, etc. It can be also made worse by weight distribution of your trailer. The front axle would be following your car normally, but due to big distance between axles, the rear axle would be dragging when you make a sharp turn. It often happens, on big rigs, especially with many axles on trailers.
Weight distribution front to back, side to side. Like balancing a boat, rv's can be sensitive to weight also. Measure alignment from the center of ball hitch to the axels at the same point. They need to be identical both sides. A good trailer shop understands alignment.
Merry Christmas! My family and I are coming down to Miami after Christmas for a week. We can't wait to leave these freezing Canadian temperatures for shorts and t-shirt weather in Miami! Thanks for the video
Robert , Have you recently weighed your rig ? A truck stop can weigh your rig at each axle for the trailer and tow vehicle . You will need to weigh twice to get the axles in the proper position so that you know the weight of each one - $10 for the 1st weigh & $6 for the reweigh . Merry Christmas - See you at the Tampa show . Be Safe
Wow. That Miami area is a photographer's playground. Awesome. Regarding the tire, could it be that there is too much weight/pressure on that part of the RV?
Merry Christmas and thanks for the nice video. I would get your tailor axles aligned or squared to the frame or road, whatever they do to make them track correctly. 12K miles is just not right. Haven't been to Miami since 95 and liked it then. Don Johnson ain't got nothing on your suit. Like your growing wall of stickers.Take care.
I think the rear tire when turning is skidding or sliding around tight corners, tandem trailers always where sometimes it the front or in your case it's the back ! also maybe more weight on that side just watch semi trailers when they turn they sometimes skid when tight corners and when hot.
Thanks for sharing sun with us in the middle of the winter. You can find a big Truck Stop with repair shop, somewhere around Miami. I think they should know what to do with tire problems like this, especially on trailers. And it's must be much cheaper then change tires every ten kilomiles. Sory my Engrish :)
Does the right rear wheel have toe-in or toe-out? Is there any sign that it bears more weight than the other wheels? Tire pressure the same? Does the tire turn just as freely as the others when lifted from the ground? You'd expect given your RV community someone would have experienced something like this and knows the solution right?
I second the possible worn wheel bearing, either dragging or excessive play. Check your trailer brakes as well could be out of adjustment/seized and working harder than the other 3 wheels. If that's all fine then, possible bent axle or torsion arm if you've stressed it somehow
Nice video. I am going to be visiting the Fort Lauderdale area mid next week. Glad to be getting out of the bone freezing cold of Chicago for a few days
TravelingRobert - Thanks. This will actually be my second time visiting Florida. I visited last December Orlando. This year I will be visiting Fort Lauderdale. :)
I know this is an older video but I know on your much newer videos you are still battling this problem with the tire wear. Usually it is a bad bearing (but over the last three years that bearing would have blown up by now ), alignment (But both tires on the same axle would be wearing the same) or a bent axle (most common). It could be bent right from the factory or during transportation. Axle replacements are not hugely expensive but the labor, if you don't do it yourself can be much more. Besides fixing the tire wear it may travel behind your Colorado as well...
tyre wear looks bad. if the tracking is out on your car it looks like your wear pattern. will a garage near you do 4 wheel tracking on the wheels just to check
Hi,Robert, thank you for this great Videos,i wish you and your Family a wonderful Xmas,Greating from Germany 47623 Kevelaer(60 Miles from Düsseldorf)\Niederhrein\NordRheinWestfalen,see you ;-)

Even though it’s 3 years old always like watching! Leaf springs or shackle making the outside wear chamber issue.
Robert you have a beautiful city in Miami like San Diego only different we have to clean our city up a little bit
Thanks Richard!

Intimidating hi rises for this country boy, great video again Robert, also put your large logo up on MiniTini, it will look great.
Thanks! Logo decal has arrived, just in time for the Tampa show next month.
I think the sticker that you displayed in the video would look great on the back of Minitini.
Merry Christmas and thanks for the nice video. I would get your tailor axles aligned or squared to the frame or road, whatever they do to make them track correctly. 12K miles is just not right. Thanks! I have to find a good shop down here that wants to do the job.
Yes, promote your channel with a big sticker. I can't wait to see it.
+Ed H. It is already in my new intro

Thank you! Happy you liked 😀
Citi? :)
Hi Robert,
I dont know if this is not to personal but could you share with us what you have to do for living to have so nice parties? ;)
Desk job at a major multinational corporation.
any advice on where to stay in Miami, Brickell key or on Brickell Ave? Manderian or the Conrad?
I think the rear tire when turning is skidding or sliding around tight corners, tandem trailers always where sometimes it the front or in your case it's the back ! also maybe more weight on that side just watch semi trailers when they turn they sometimes skid when tight corners and when hot.
+j glesby For now I think I'm just going to rotate the tires and do more research. Most of my driving has been in hot weather which doesn't help
I have a dumb question, were the tires balanced? Tire places aren't above lying to someone lol
Have outdoor -22°F. Is nice to see green trees on youtube.
☀️
Thanks for sharing sun with us in the middle of the winter.

Sory my Engrish :)
Yes, I'm still looking for a place that will do the job...but I'll find it.
Merry Christmas to you and your family mate.
+Ray Sater Merry Christmas mate
Robert, maybe your wheel bearings are deteriorated in the bad tire causing it to prematurely wear.
I gotta check all that. Finding a good shop that wants to do the job has proven a little difficult here in south Florida.
Merry Christmas Robert and family... Go for the sticker on the back of Minnie
+bhhardgr01 Merry Christmas.
I'll keep doing research. Thanks for all the tips

Muchas felicidades
Gracias, igualmente
I'm surprised to didn't hang around till the end of the party to maximize your hooch consumption. That's a strategy that has worked for me
+Khu NoPie Oh I had to behave...besides I had another party with my band in the evening.
Nice video. I am going to be visiting the Fort Lauderdale area mid next week. Glad to be getting out of the bone freezing cold of Chicago for a few days

I know I've tried to get someone to work on it and no one seems to want to touch these torsion axles.
@@TravelingRobert Wow really....that stinks
Yes put your logo on, Merry Christmas ! :-)
+oddo pops Thank you!
Roberto, levanta el móvil home chequea los bujes pueden estar malos
It could possibly be an alignment issue. Either that or there's a manufacturer issue with weight distribution.
Thanks. I'll check my weight distribution too. Hadn't thought of that
Happy Holidays to you too!
Thank you
La Bamba Poppi Chulo !
hey Robert you ever think you'll come up to Massachusetts
Yes. When I do my next east coast road trip I intend to go to Massachusetts.
thanks for responding you'll love New England
tyre wear looks bad. if the tracking is out on your car it looks like your wear pattern. will a garage near you do 4 wheel tracking on the wheels just to check
I have to find a place that will do that type of job on a trailer.
Damn Robert, hook me up with your company! Just kidding, happy holidays Robert!
+Crurned Happy Holidays.

tires ware out faster because a frame work worthless, unskilled people welded together
We, we all know the quality of craftsmanship is not what it used to be.

You do know that it's illegal to show people's license plates, right?
Ryan Zheng Not in Florida, if it is in public view it is fair use.
