About Season 6 of The Chi: This season, life in THE CHI reverberates between the highest highs and lowest lows. Big dreams are finally realized but at a cost and everyone will be tested in unimaginable ways as they calculate the risks and rewards of their next big move. Emmett (Jacob Latimore) and Kiesha’s (Birgundi Baker) blissful blended union is tested by his insatiable drive to expand Smokey’s and a new perilous partnership, while Kiesha finally races toward a rewarding new career. Douda (Curtiss Cook) deals with the fallout of Q’s murder and its effect on the shifting loyalty of his inner circle. Victor’s (Luke James) bold declaration of love for both his new girlfriend and his beloved community will impact his political ambitions. Happily married Jada (Yolonda Ross) mentors Emmett and her besties as they navigate relationships. Kevin (Alex Hibbert) is becoming a brilliant master gamer but struggles with the youthful pitfalls of early independence. Jake (Michael V. Epps) launches a new business, and Papa (Shamon Brown Jr.) falls for an older woman while questioning his faith. What will become of their pursuits will be revealed over the course of this season’s sixteen jaw-dropping episodes.

I been rocking with the chi from day one. Me & my husband binge watched it back to back til the new season came.. we can't get enough of it.. we even cried when Kev left, and Papa's father got shot.. but they did.. the lawyer ( Leon) can't remember his character name on here. Dirty, he was just getting back in his son life. The show has you on your toes. There is never a dull moment.

Tierra is clingy/ smothering ...Guys need time to hang out with other guy friends...The relationship will be over soon because she is acting like his Momma..He may wanna be single for a while..
Some people like clingy partners so one size does not fit all. Also not just men need time to themselves in relationships. I don’t see her acting like his mother, you have to be present and communicate in an adult relationship. That’s just my opinion.

Me and my daughter were having a conversation about different shows and she asked me did I watch the chi, I said no she said what why not, I said because I live here in the chi, I don't need to watch a television show about my city that I live in I know what goes on here in my city that I live in and besides the chi is not the only show about our city, we got Chicago PD, we got Chicago fire we got Chicago med don't forget about shameless, just to name a few ,no I have never seen an episode of the chi and I'm not really looking forward to, because I don't need a television show to tell me or to even show me what's going on in the city that I live there my whole entire life I know what goes on in my city and part of what goes on in my city is not even part of the show and now we have the force with Tommy from power so there's a lot of things going on in the city of Chicago the chi is my hometown I don't have to watch a TV show to know what's going on in my city because I already do I see it every day.

My favorite part of the show was my admiration for how crisp those photos looked and I can’t wait till they release some so I can get screensavers or something. We’ve watched characters and these kids grow up. ♥️ it. 🫡
