The reason all you who find fault and contradict this message is because you are listening to a foreign language. The only ones who understand are those of us who have been born again by the Holy Spirit and have come to faith in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. To you it is foolishness because you are perishing... Scripture clearly says, "The preaching of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God." I Corinthians 1:18... to us it is truly good news.

As a regenerated souI, I can clearly discern my natural mind still actively attempting to usurp control over the Spirit. My flesh wants to venerate Dr. Mohler for the truths he here expounds, when it is the Spirit of Christ who has given it to him, and empowered him to speak it with such eloquence. So first, I'll say, "Praise God for this message." Then I'll say, "Thank you, Dr. Mohler, for your committment to truth and faithful adherence to expounding the same. I pray you'll hear that "Well done". You've left me thinking about thinking.

Dr. Mohler is a great preacher and theologian, but he might be an even better leader.

Southwestern was a great school ten to twenty years ago. Today, there is no seminary in the Evangelical world that is an equal to Southern Seminary.

Hey lowbattery34. II’m starting the application process for seminary. I’m applying to Southwestern and Southern. What is your honest opinion of Southwestern? Would you recommend it? Thanks.

I attend Moody Theological Seminary, but am a Southern Baptist Pastor/Theologian. I think both seminaries are good, Southeastern is good also, I know Dr. Akin at Southeastern, and have attended Southern Seminary for academic conferences. You would like either one, and it all depends on were you live and how you would be attending seminary. They both teach from the Theology based on the Southern Baptist Convention doctrine of the Baptist, Faith, and Message.

So, everyone has access to knowledge of God because it says so in the Bible? Yeah, that's not terribly convincing.

ortcutt your ability to be convinced, or not, does not mean it is untrue.

+Justin Hornsby If something is true, then why not make it more convincing so people will be persuaded. It's easy to be persuaded by a sweet lie, and it's easy to ignore a deep truth that's expressed in a way that's easy to ignore.

+MagenticAdam66 what you just said is a prime example of what Al Mohler talked about. You claim that you have faith in proof, but the requirements of your proof has been predetermined by you, i believe that is called autonomous proof meaning you get to determine what the dimensions are for the evidence intead of letting the evidence shape your thought.
