I had not even heard of NMIXX before this popped up on my feed. I was, and remain flabbergasted. Live band, no earbuds, minimal processing, no backing track, no editing, one take. I can only think of a few Kpop groups all time that could pull this off like these girls did. So yeah, I'm now obsessed with NMIXX in a way that I haven't been since maybe SNSD back in the olden days. Kudos to the group, the band, and JYP for making this performance happen.
What I never hear people say though is not just that they can sing live but they're songs are difficult vocally. They are advanced difficulty melodies as well.

I believe that NMIXX still has some of the best, if not best talents in the industry. It's unfortunate that their music is somewhat polarizing. I can't put my finger on it, but I never fall in love with their songs first listen. It's always after a while where I'd catch myself fully enamored with their songs on a random drive home where the algorithm decided I need to listen to NMIXX some more. That said, this performance WAS and IS some of the best live music I've listented to in a while. The genius behind the production, behind the arrangement, the amazing talents that the girls showcased. THIS is what kpop is missing. A well practiced curated LIVE music show.

Kyujin is 18 international age, and yes she's an incredible talent, I'm always impressed at her versatility.
