Well I do not want to start up anything but we have to mention this because we are stuck in this I am from a kulin kayastha Bengali family my cousin sister the elder one married a person from the OBC community, my cousin brother married a girl from OBC community , when we were working in a different state we stayed in the house of an OBC person who who was very well educated at the same time a very nice human being so we were comfortable in renting the first ground floor of their house and they stayed in the second floor !!!....if you want to break cast ISM go to the village of jharkhand I will have no problem but don't bring that up in Kolkata monastery because we have moved from that very long ago , I have seen a mauli cast from my family marry an odia person who belongs to the vaishya class !!!.... I have seen the biggest engineer in this very cooperative where I live staying in America who is from the so-called shudra community but at the same time they are educated in generations and they are very fine because they are a product of Bengali Renaissance and their whole family !!!..... My view (not claiming it to be the only correct view).. caste is not a word in Bharath culture.. there used to be concepts of varn (kind of occupation in english) and jathi (kind of community in english). Varnas were broadly classified as Sudhra (whose skill / contributions to society as technicians and engineers); Brahman (whose contribution was as educators, spiritual and psychological, scientists/rishis); vyshya (businessman , financial planning and controllers, varthak, navigator); Kshatriya (soldiers, rulers, police). These were not hierarchical at all. They were not one above or below another. And this was not hereditary either, it depended on how the person contributed to society. There were kings, rulers, warriors whose fathers were not Kshatriyas; Rishis and ministers/ administrators whose fathers were not brahmans; etc. there was never a hierarchy at all before. Well, as there was never any single point of guidance after sankaracharya, this varna/jathi concept just got misused for self personal gains; and since there was no custodian, there were never course corrections. Of course it's not going to be easy to fix things now. How can a drug addict suddenly fix his addiction problem? Hopefully people will gain the sanskar that we badly need now, and things can get back to better with time. Very sad highly educated and top people in society still are stuck in this twisted concept and actually propagate this much more. Caste system should be erased in government totally, and no one should be made to feel above or below someone by birth. We should erase all caste information in government databases totally. education benefits by economic situations and jobs will only by merits.

Man Man: Gita says, chaturvaryam maya srishtam...I(God) made four varnas, it says adharma can lead to varna-sankara(inter-breeding), it says Shudras duty is to serve other three varnas. Then you would say these book are holy and made by God. Then you say, vedas/gita never forced caste system.After centuries of caste exploitation, you would still say the exploited willingly took upon the exploitation.

For basic things public have to offer bribe like Police verification during passport, to get Driving licence, police verification during giving flat on rent. 4) Farmers should get hi technology equipments and farming education, same as we do in private sectors. 5) Reservation should not be on cast basis it should be on Poverty basis. 6) once person should get elected in central or state government, he should not be allowed to participate for further elections. 7) Elected person shouldn't do new business during this serving period or if he having the existing business n profit margin goes above 20% of average to past 5 years balance sheet then he has to go through committee enquiries. (to avoid misuse of his designation) 8) Rules, regulations and laws should be same to all religions.

Existence of different or 4 types of classes in human society is natural. But imposition of this classes as caste system is totally unnatural. In one family, eleder child may belong to Brahmin (Knolwedged/learned person), the 2nd child may belong to Khetriya (ruling or Political minded), the 3rd one may belong to Business class. Such classes are naturally born, and it should not be artificially imposed. It was the great mistake of Hindu Society. This division is totally injustice. Most of the social issues in hindu society are due to caste system. Hence, by caste Mr X is Brahmin, but by nature he is business minded. Thus, it is absolutely nonesense. Division of labour is natural. Imposition of the same artificially is totally against nature. Hence, dear Friends, let us abolish this system. Higher caste(higher quality) and lower caste(lower quality) is decided by the instinct of the person, not by imposed system. Existence of higher and lower peoples are necessary and it is natural, but not through structured system established in Hindu. Well I do not want to start up anything but we have to mention this because we are stuck in this I am from a kulin kayastha Bengali family my cousin sister the elder one married a person from the OBC community, my cousin brother married a girl from OBC community , when we were working in a different state we stayed in the house of an OBC person who who was very well educated at the same time a very nice human being so we were comfortable in renting the first ground floor of their house and they stayed in the second floor !!!....if you want to break cast ISM go to the village of jharkhand I will have no problem but don't bring that up in Kolkata monastery because we have moved from that very long ago , I have seen a mauli cast from my family marry an odia person who belongs to the vaishya class !!!.... I have seen the biggest engineer in this very cooperative where I live staying in America who is from the so-called shudra community but at the same time they are educated in generations and they are very fine because they are a product of Bengali Renaissance and their whole family !!!..... My first girlfriend was Ishita mandal , second Radhika Shaw 1 is designated as SC by the govt , second it was from uttar Pradesh and was a vaishya Varna girl , but Radhika I had a very unfortunate break up because of educational reasons she moved somewhere else I'm off somewhere else !!!.....but the relationship was a good relationship she is to come to my house so it does not exist for me don't tell me where it exist if it exist in a remote part of a village in Bengal tell me where that is I will go and convince them but you do not bring in in front of my house and scream Jay bhim Jay bhim Jay bhim Jay bhim , because I don't know how to react to that should I consider Radhika as belonging from a lower class ???

My view (not claiming it to be the only correct view).. caste is not a word in Bharath culture.. there used to be concepts of varn (kind of occupation in english) and jathi (kind of community in english). Varnas were broadly classified as Sudhra (whose skill / contributions to society as technicians and engineers); Brahman (whose contribution was as educators, spiritual and psychological, scientists/rishis); vyshya (businessman , financial planning and controllers, varthak, navigator); Kshatriya (soldiers, rulers, police). These were not hierarchical at all. They were not one above or below another. And this was not hereditary either, it depended on how the person contributed to society. There were kings, rulers, warriors whose fathers were not Kshatriyas; Rishis and ministers/ administrators whose fathers were not brahmans; etc. there was never a hierarchy at all before. Well, as there was never any single point of guidance after sankaracharya, this varna/jathi concept just got misused for self personal gains; and since there was no custodian, there were never course corrections. Of course it's not going to be easy to fix things now. How can a drug addict suddenly fix his addiction problem? Hopefully people will gain the sanskar that we badly need now, and things can get back to better with time. Very sad highly educated and top people in society still are stuck in this twisted concept and actually propagate this much more. Caste system should be erased in government totally, and no one should be made to feel above or below someone by birth. We should erase all caste information in government databases totally. education benefits by economic situations and jobs will only by merits.

1) Internal politics against nation should be stopped immediately. No discussion No debate on defence equipments procurement activity.
2) Like central n State elections; there should be committee who should be governed this defence procurement activity. This committee shall be selected with public elections and shall not be controlled by ruling government.
3) Corruption at ground level to be controlled or finished. For basic things public have to offer bribe like Police verification during passport, to get Driving licence, police verification during giving flat on rent.
4) Farmers should get hi technology equipments and farming education, same as we do in private sectors.
5) Reservation should not be on cast basis it should be on Poverty basis.
6) once person should get elected in central or state government, he should not be allowed to participate for further elections.
7) Elected person shouldn't do new business during this serving period or if he having the existing business n profit margin goes above 20% of average to past 5 years balance sheet then he has to go through committee enquiries. (to avoid misuse of his designation)
8) Rules, regulations and laws should be same to all religions.

Existence of different or 4 types of classes in human society is natural. But imposition of this classes as caste system is totally unnatural. In one family, eleder child may belong to Brahmin (Knolwedged/learned person), the 2nd child may belong to Khetriya (ruling or Political minded), the 3rd one may belong to Business class. Such classes are naturally born, and it should not be artificially imposed. It was the great mistake of Hindu Society. This division is totally injustice. Most of the social issues in hindu society are due to caste system. Hence, by caste Mr X is Brahmin, but by nature he is business minded. Thus, it is absolutely nonesense. Division of labour is natural. Imposition of the same artificially is totally against nature. Hence, dear Friends, let us abolish this system. Higher caste(higher quality) and lower caste(lower quality) is decided by the instinct of the person, not by imposed system. Existence of higher and lower peoples are necessary and it is natural, but not through structured system established in Hindu. All the highly educated and learned persons of the world are in Brahmin Group.
