Hey how do you determine the distance between the two circles
What to do when you are no given the distance between them , but given the radius of external and the radius of the small arc ,?

is the first circle must be on the same line with the second circle.
The line is just to connect the two radii
What is the distance between those two circles ( from A to centre B)
