Astounding : "Hamare yaha maa-baap se isliye pyaar kiya jaat he kyuki unhone aapko paida kiya he, hamare ma baap se isliye pyaar nahi kiya jata, kyu ki aapko unse pyaar karna he insaan ki tarah" 'love your parents as person rather than obligation' Hands down
I love you so much for this interview Mr. Jeeveshu. This is such a realistic discussion. "Humare maa baap se isiliye pyaar kiya jaata hai kyunki unhone apko paida kiya hai", "I can't live under the obligation to love my mother". Someone hits the point!! Respect. And i am in tears listening to you.

Depression is something that allows you to breathe only and whatever else you will do will give a negative effect on your brain. . . You r gyming, eating, sleeping, playing, everything will give negative impact on your brain. The best is talk to someone you trust , that they will help you bcoz you can't do it on your own . And it's completely OK , you don't have to be good at everything. Don't talk to everybody just some good people and it's enough. . . Last year I was depressed for 20days and those days were like hell to me. Like I feel dizziness for more than 30mins atleast twice or thrice a day and I couldn't find out the reason bcoz I was healthy, drinks a lot of water so there was no chance of weakness and all. But it started to hit me bad and so bad that I used to call my friends at night and ask them to wake me up in the morning bcoz I didn't know that I will wake up or not and I used to live alone too but My friends supported me a lot and really a lot. But my depression was serious and when nothing worked , one day I called my father at 4:30 in the mornin and told him about my depression and he just talked to me and that's it.we talked over 40mins and that was like the most beautiful talk I ever had with anyone and then I realised that this was not from last 20days, its started 18months back and now it showing it's impact, and that was last day I feel depressed. I feel so relaxed that he called me again in the evening and I slept over the call, like you can't sleep over the call when your father is on the other side of the phone, you just can't but I slept and that sleep was the best sleep I ever had. After that day everything changed. So talk to people you trust. Thankyou

Hardwork bht hi zaada kiya hai ... From struggle to successfull ..life from different job to VP buying houses nd everything he loves nd buy .. never quite process is tuff may be break u u will cry but in the end u will in a good position. He is soo pure nd straight forward share everything in his interview just outstanding.
This person is speaking what I’m feeling rn. I used to think that I’m the only one who’s going through all these things and that I’m a crazy stupid person. When he said that he used to go to the rooftop and think would this be the best thing to do but thinking about the people with whom he was surrounded with would just prevent him from doing the worst. The exact same thought comes to my mind every time i think about doing something catastrophic with my life. I could connect so much to him. And yes, big house, money or cars don’t bring real happiness in someone’s life. What he said was true. Thank you so much for covering his story.
The point that he said about connecting to animals is true on such deeper levels. Coz animals love regardless of appearance. I think the fault lies in the fact that humans can talk.
Unique person . Down to earth who speak what his heart & mind says Hilarious & funniest guy whom we love from bottom of heart ❤️ God help him to keep him healthy & happy always. His journey of entertaining Us in this natural way may never stop🙏
I loved to watch u before now more because u r a honest person dear, I have been gone through same life style & depression U talked about. U have great explanation about really of this life, wish u

very deep thought and from the past few months I have heard this line many times from my parents that "Kahan kami reh gayi thi hamari parvarish main", which is very frustrating and consuming my mind daily. And they don't even have any idea what they are doing to me. As JEEVESHU said I want to love my parents as a good human being rather in an obligation that they gave me birth. My parents bring me on earth because they want someone in their life or maybe they were forced by society to have kids. But now they put pressure on you to obey them as you are a product made by them. Their parents did this to them and they are doing the same with us. And many of us will do with our kids as well. The burden of parents' sacrifices kills many people. Our society is not ready to digest this fact that parents can be wrong and kids can be right. As the statement said by many, that parents can't be wrong. So to make myself right, I just need to have kids.
That's a heartfelt note Arjun and we hear you! We are going to have a discussion on this soon! The other thing we would like to discuss is how to set boundaries with others, including parents. While some kids have managed successfully to lead independent lives and take full responsibility for everything that happens to them, many many others have succumbed to "what parents or society thinks is right for them". If you're willing to talk to us openly on this, do get in touch with us on zenbraintv@gmail.com If you don't wish to speak, that's perfectly fine. We wish you the very very best! And we hope you LIVE POWERFUL!
Absolutely right ...well said.....totally relatable... Happy to see that u have word to put ur feelings in....we people can't even explain such feelings...We always think criticising our parents is wrong...But this narrative has to change...
It's so good that a comedian is speaking about a depression otherwise nobody believes that it's an illness and as correctly said by jeeveshu that you won't even know if you have this illness. Today I heard about Sushant Singh Rajput and I am watching this. This brings a lot of positivity in me. Thank you so much ❤️ lots of love and hope your channel grow a lot and clicked on the subscribed button and on bell icon
Thanks for your heartfelt comment here Vishal! We are indeed very sad to hear about actor Sushant Singh Rajput! Mental Health issues are a reality and we need to deal with it! Do try and watch some of our other videos like ruclips.net/video/IVDIpGxbvQk/видео.html Have a good day!
I am a fan of this man since 3years, now I'm in love with him. Such a easy & simple way of talking of the dark side. Just the proper point he raised which will connect almost everyone who faces this phase of time. Thank you sir for giving such a positive interview and thank you mam for choosing the right person on a great subject.
While listening to him I felt someone is explaining about my situation..many similarities. Also after my parents passing away my life was blank n no one was ready to understand my feelings. May be it's the factor time who saved me from suicide. Still not sure how I survived n for what but yes that regret of unable to save my father still continues to be in my mind.
Sagar thank you for writing in! We are sorry to hear that you had a troublesome period but very happy to know that you've been courageous and able to move forward. Thank you for sharing your story! Please do check out some of our other videos that may be insightful. Have a GREAT day!

Yeh page bahut important hai for youth. I also had a bad phase in life went to depression but understood importance of my worth in life. I think its important to support mental health.
Thank you Keerat for your comments. It is indeed important to support mental and also emotional health! We hope you keep coming back and try and watch other discussions and we look forward to hearing about what you would like to see! Cheers
Im so grateful to have come across this video. Jeeveshu sir, may peace be upon you. I hope i dont cry the next time I watch his old videos or attend his show. Another good thing is that he knows he's right and stands by it . Some people get told to their face that you dont have depression and then they start questioning their behavior which further escalates feelings of being a worthless being.
Got tears😢 such a deep and thoughtful conversation. My respect for this man has increased even more. More than being a fan now I am inspired from his ways of looking at life ❤
Jeeveshu, your such an honest and sweet person .....truly evolved ....and what I think is that your sense of humour is not only your true strength but also the power of resilience that resides in you as an eternal Blessing.🙏💗🙏

He is being much honest... i liked it... its so true... truth about depression...the whole conversation is an eye opener for those who don’t believe in Depression...
Thank you for taking the time to comment Ambel! Am sure, just like us, Jeeveshu will be happy to hear from you! In case you're interested in going through another video on depression, there's a chat with Dr Samir Parikh that's quite simple and interesting! ruclips.net/video/IVDIpGxbvQk/видео.html
One of the Best interview I have ever seen ... At present time almost every 2nd person is in depression but they don't even knew it they enjoying there life moodswings crying thinking over thinking want to commit suicide n thinking if they suicide these things these problems will ended completely they think if I die then what others think about me n then just a few couple of hours thinking again they become normal... Depression is one of the worse disease n the person who is suffering from it they don't feel that they are in a big prob...
I battled depression when i dropped out of a prestigious engineering institution. As jeeveshu mentioned, people were like oh wahan padh raha ghar wale sahi hai to kyun hai depression. Then i had to face pity looks everywhere and it made me more depressed but you know i joined gym. Worked miracles and i researched out depression and it is simply a chemical deficiency so it is nothing to be afraid of if you know this for a fact. And for that chemical to fill your brain, just exercise and be in sun. Depression is scary but it changes your life. It changes your perspective. Battle it
He just spoke his heart out, no second thoughts, no filters and that made it so much relatable. I guess every person can relate to some or other part of the interview. Respect for the man loved him always as a standup comedian however this interview made me respect him. @zen-Brain thanks for bringing this out.
Wooow wooow woow... What an interview... This is one of those 2 3 interview i saw from starting to end with out forwarding it. It actually help others to know and educated more about depression...
We are sorry to hear that Radhakrishnan! Hope you have sought help and are feeling much much better and have developed a more healthy and positive outlook! Have a good day and do watch the video we have suggested after your other comment :-)
I amazed that how today I got this in recommendation and I watched and relate all to the point because I have also depression in that lockdown and by the god's grace and my parents support I overcome through it.
This is the best interview and all the things collaborated makes sense.Thank u Jeeveshu nd thank u Shruti for this realistic presentation.God bless.Regards
N yes truly said by him, we should actually respect the amount of money we earn every month bcoz next month we might not get that opportunity again. Hence closing all my credit cards which actually was stopping me from saving my salary. Also is the biggest example how our parents use to save money. Though it wasn't easy for our parents also to save but still they did.
Thanks Kalpit! Am sure Jeeveshu will be happy to read this just as much as we are! Do try and watch some of our other videos. You may find them interesting :-)
I know exactly what you mean though I didn't went through the same kind of depression. this interview is definitely gonna inspire millions of people...thank you Zen Brain for such an inspirational interview and Jeeveshu Ahluwalia for not giving up.😊🙏
I can relate with this thing called 'feeling the void'. Few months back I had this habit of buying mobile phones, just out of the blue and just keep them in the drawer. At present, I have come out of it and its good to see people sharing their experiences. God bless all.

Most honest interview! We watch movies and read news but never know what's happening in real. We have no right to judge anyone.

THIS COULDNT BE MORE TRUE
Respect people because we need them.
Thankyou
Love you...thanx for showing us your most humble side..salute
I just love how he mentions his dogs and how they affect his life. I also remember a few years ago he mentioned one of his dogs who passed away.

I'm in tears... god bless you @jeeveshu... you were my therapy
Eye opening conversation- the best part was the focus. Dont remember bad things and bad people....
The point that he said about connecting to animals is true on such deeper levels. Coz animals love regardless of appearance. I think the fault lies in the fact that humans can talk.
I'm crying...I'm so happy to know I'm not alone...Thank you so much.🙏🙏🙏

Respect Man
A Masterpiece I Must Say!!!!
I had tear while listening him. Can't relate more.
very deep thought and from the past few months I have heard this line many times from my parents that "Kahan kami reh gayi thi hamari parvarish main", which is very frustrating and consuming my mind daily.
If you're willing to talk to us openly on this, do get in touch with us on zenbraintv@gmail.com
If you don't wish to speak, that's perfectly fine. We wish you the very very best!
And we hope you LIVE POWERFUL!
Absolutely right ...well said.....totally relatable...
Happy to see that u have word to put ur feelings in....we people can't even explain such feelings...We always think criticising our parents is wrong...But this narrative has to change...
Honest Words!!!👍
It's so good that a comedian is speaking about a depression otherwise nobody believes that it's an illness and as correctly said by jeeveshu that you won't even know if you have this illness. Today I heard about Sushant Singh Rajput and I am watching this. This brings a lot of positivity in me. Plain genuine guy ..... how damn right he is ... loved everything he said... a fan
this is answer to my life! ♥️
very inspirational interview...👍🏻🙏🙏
While listening to him I felt someone is explaining about my situation..many similarities. Also after my parents passing away my life was blank n no one was ready to understand my feelings. May be it's the factor time who saved me from suicide. Still not sure how I survived n for what but yes that regret of unable to save my father still continues to be in my mind.

Just perfect. Went through the exact same thing as said.
Battle it
Very well articulated Atharva! We wish you the very best. May you keep telling inspiring stories like these and help people ...have a super day!
"They don't do out of choice, its tough"

N yes truly said by him, we should actually respect the amount of money we earn every month bcoz next month we might not get that opportunity again.
