For people who are saying these food are not local, I believe tomato, potato, chilli, etc were also introduced in India by outsiders. Now they are integral part of Indian cuisine. Just because they were introduced by outsiders doesn't mean the food is not local. What matters more is creating a synthesis using local and/or outside ideas. Thereby, giving a local touch to the creation. Most importantly, the food is made in the streets of Arunachal, therefore one can safely say that it is Arunachal street food. Since the business is running well, it is a testimony to the positive feedback of the people.
Ya, But BAGUETTE is made up of WHEAT, so does ROTI.. But one is French, Other is Indian, it's Not the FOOD INGREDIENTS ! ! It's the Food Dish origin From that's Makes Different.

I do visit with kids in these stalls. I find it very comfortable, and of course all snacks are yummy. Did you visit the weekly Tuesday and Saturday market of itanagar. There you will find some Bodo tribe snacks. Some steamed short of stuff
