Bro you make ceviche right. My mom is from Ensenada so I grew up with the good stuff. I can’t tell you how many times I buy one at a restaurant with no lime. It’s nuts! And I cook it in the lime too

Flounder are so difficult to catch, so I understand how you were so excited to get one. Down here in the florida panhandle, people gigg for them because the process of trying to catch them with rod & reel is so skill based. Good recipe!

Dude I grew up in Solomons fishin the patuxent river, pop and I would make ceviche with mackerel and the occasional cobia. Anyway I just found your channel and it’s cool to hear you say things like “go down to point lookout” because I know exactly where that is haha.

I went to a wedding in Columbia, MO and they had crappie ceviche. It really surprised me how good it was. Have you tried Alaskan spot prawns?

Try Persian Limes they have more juice and have a better flavor in my opinion
