Hi Himanshu & Aditya, Very nicely said that SEOs need to go to product for things to be done in SEO, but how about having a separate team of tech for SEO?? Need your thoughts on that perspective as well....
A separate tech would be definitely be better and would speed up things, if you really require it as in you do a lot of these changes weekly, a 2-3 member dedicated team will be a boon and will help speed up things!
Ashish, i feel it would be great to have our own tech team but here are few problems associated with it: 1) After sometime work become monotonous for dev 2) No extra learning from dev career growth perspective 3) Sometime not enough work to give throughout an year 4) Might need Additional QA as well. 5) for few tasks you might want frontend and backend support Better solution will be get yourself a fix bandwidth of shared resource or fix number of stories for every sprint, in this way you can plan and priorities your tasks on priority and raise bugs as high priority task which will go on top priority always.
This video is a fantastic start Himanshu! Here are some takeaways that really stood out: -Insightful tips on advancing in the SEO field. -Great perspective on how AI is shaping SEO strategies. -Valuable points on optimizing technical aspects. Keep the great content coming!
Always find very much useful information from your end Aditya👌
Thanks 💯
Thank you for the support Abhishek 🎉
