Use purified water not tap water. The impurities in the water cause it to arc. Flush out the tube several times with distilled water and it should work fine then

I want to ask you question ...A 120 w tube gives guarantee of 14000 hrs running time but the new tube is run only 300 hrs to maximum 350 hrs and now the tube loss the power and it's not working properly as it's own potentially.......why this happened ?

I believe you mean *arcing. Arching would be something with arches. Not arcs :)

Tubes low on gas. Not enough to make full plasma so the arc is looking for some place to go. Try the water thing first might be something there as well.

Do you have a dead tube you want to sell? I have been experimenting on refilling.
