I never thought that email and texting were more communication protocols rather than productivity. Interesting. I have tried asana and it felt like a confusing nightmare and overwhelmingly complex. I had the dread creep in. And a life map that should be a lesson on its own. First time watching and learning so thank you for sharing.
The Life Map is definitely a whole lesson on its own, you're right! We'll be releasing some RUclips content about it in the new year. But we teach it extensively inside of our membership platform. Asana can be daunting at first, but just know there are a TON of features that even we don't use. You should make your task manager work for YOU! We've got a few videos on Asana/task managers on our channel, definitely check them out.
@@LifehackMethod when I did a first look/glance at a life map, the first thing that turned me off was to list my past. No. That's too painful. And then it was like a bullet journal : confusing and overwhelming. When you go into life maps I'd love to watch and learn.
@@realmantisknight Our philosophy is that we have to take a little time to look back on the past to figure out what lessons we've learned along the way. It can be a little painful, but it helps us grow!
*_SUMMARY_* My channel needs some love! 👍 1. What are your priorities, make a life map 2. What are your time demands, use a to do list 3. What is your time supply, use a calendar
Hey Mark -- great question! Very generally speaking, a Life Map is a 1-page document that you use to map out the next 12 months of your life... backwards. So you start with what your big goal 12 months from now and ask yourself what you need to do each month, week, and day in between now and then to get there. We don't have any free content (youtube or blog) about the Life Map yet... It's a concept we teach pretty extensively inside our membership. We've got a 1 week, $1 trial you might want to check out: members.lifehackmethod.com/join-lifehack-tribe/

Amazing!
Insightful!
So do you have some advice and guidance on developing a Life Map? Something I'm really keen to do after an awfully stressful 2022
