• People living in apartments have apprehensions, I already live in apartment what can I change
• Vastu is like a body
• In-case of health issues we take medicine
• Similarly if any problem in apartment/house there are remedies
• People must discard the myth that Vastu problems in existing apartments cannot be fixed
• Tips on how to select an apartment when searching for one
• Similarly one can also evaluate the existing apartment
• 7 points for apartment evaluation
• Its' not necessary that North, East or NorthEast Entrances are always good
• In-case of a NorthEast entrance apartment, if there is a kitchen in the entrance that is very bad
• Do not get carried away if you get North, East or NorthEast facing apartment
• Many times South or West facing apartments are better than North or East
• Internal Construction is very important
• Generally Speaking East, North, NorthEast Entrances are good
• 90 degree South or 90 degree West entrances are also considered good
• SouthEast & SouthWest are few entrances which one should avoid at the time of selection
• 2nd point - shape of the flat plays in important role. Ideal shape is rectangular or square
• But its hard to get a perfect shape. One will surely find extensions or cuts
• Circular apartment should be avoided or where the rooms are irregular in shape
• Apartments which has NorthEastern Cut or SouthWestern Cut should not be selected
• 3rd point - Placement of Kitchen. Fire, one of the stronges element as per Vastu, determines the life
• First preference for kitchen is SouthEast, then comes NorthWest, Wofnw, South of SE, East of SouthEast
• Kitchen in NorthEast or SouthWest gives many problems.
• 4th point - check the location of the toilets
• It should be in West, NW or S..but not in NE or SW
• NorthEast represents prosperity, so NE is extremely sensitive
• 5th Point - Living Space, the open spaces. Ideally, North, West, NorthWest are good
• 6th Placement of balconies. They also play an important role
• Try to get balconies in North, East or NorthEast
• 7th Point - the Bhramsthan. It should be empty.
• There should be no kitchen or toilet coming in that center of the house
• Placement of rooms play an important role.
• Take an apartment if there is a room in the SouthWest even if that is not a master bedroom
• Existing Apartments - check for the mentioned 7 points and contact expert if any dosh

Hi. Allover people says North East staircase not recommended. Other hand, they say entrance to first and subsequent floors should be from north east. To enter from north east in upper floors one has to construct north east staircase in ground floor. (Let's consider ground floor as empty for stilt parking). How is that at all possible?
Who ever says that entrance should be in the NorthEast, they are wrong. It can be North or East, but should never be NorthEast. You should watch my video on Entrances, you will understand better.
@@VastuShastraVideos thanks for replying. Even if it's from east on upper floor it means you need to construct staircase block in East direction on ground floor. Again not recommended.
Noth entrance to upper floor means staircase block in North on ground which again is not that much recommended.
They recommend staircase block to be in South not south west.
But again it will make you entrance to upper floors from South which is inauspicious.

🙏.Mam i live in italy. Plz guide in flats system what are the cuts as outside cut area is a part of appartment building which is common in ownership?? For example in my flat i have north and northeast cut but outside flat are stairs of building common to all living in building. Plz suggest some remedies.

Kitchen in NE is a big Vastu dosh, you should take professional help

What is more important hole apartment Vastu or only my flat Vastu ? my appartment main entrance is in exact east , stairs are in exact south and from center of appartment my flat lies between north and east section
You flat's Vastu because you do not have control over the rest.

My flat is rectangle from west face 6.7 mtr and 10.47 from north face , it 10.47 x 6.7 mtr, my gate is in W2 and W3 , window in W3 and W4 and east face is total open balcony with two gates
How to check sw direction of my flat gate , should check by compass angle or by flat orientation bcoz when I stand on my entrance it shows 245 degree on compass , or if i draw a rectangle layout of my flat it comes in SW corner with attached with living room... wise my apartment main gate is in east

Well I re check on entrance , I stand on main entrance it show exact 270 degree exact ...my flat and building is exact east and west not deviation
