I genuinely think this is the greatest Isaac run of all time, not just for Sinvicta. You couldn't script a better story arc here -- the low points with the sac room and the risky rerolls, the low life situations. The loss of sacred heart at the outset redeemed at the finish line. Sissy returning. Overpowered runs are fun, but this is an underdog story, a really scrappy fight to the finish line, delivering every single final boss one after another. I don't think there could be a more quintessential Isaac run. It captures the ups and downs of any single Isaac run on this macro scale. Congrats on the run, what an achievement.

Today sadly marks the third week since he passed away, we watched a lot of your videos together and played our own runs on Isaac together. The rerolled sac room still had spikes (top left corner) that counted as sacrificial spikes, that's how they hit you while flying, also UI still shows sac room progress (1:15:12) Definitely a run of all time, we had some spindown shenanigans, build rerolls, hard boss clutches, finally found sissy and even sacred heart came back after being snubbed at the start.

I saw the length of the video and insta liked, lol. This run told such a fun story and to be honest really encompasses what makes Isaac so fun- to go from such lows to such highs through so many crazy twists. I really like that the game gave you sacred heart at the end there, it was like it was tipping its hat to you for pulling through all the B.S. it usually throws your way haha. On a side note one thing I will say about Sin is that when it comes to Omega runs, he don't play around. So many times I've been so impressed by just how much finessing and game knowledge he pulls out to try and make them happen for us. So congrats Sin, well deserved after so long and probably my favourite Omega you've uploaded:)

I usually watch RUclips videos in a separate client without the ability to like or comment, but this run was so incredible I decided to login just to leave a comment. Congratulations on the omega run! This was a ride, and being such a long video, I almost gave up and just skipped through it, but decided to let it run through entirely and I gotta say, the ups and downs were all worth the 2 hours, holy shit! Also, as someone who has spent many hours playing this game, but left it behind when Repentance was released to focus on my personal life (and of course, some other games), this was also a brilliant showcase of all the different bosses and challenges that were added in Repentance. While I knew about them, some I had not actually seen before, so that made me enjoy the run even more! On a final note, thanks for all the years of content! I struggle with insomnia, and having a regularly released video every night with content that sounds and feels similar is apparently really helpful in getting my brain to relax, so yeah, thanks again Sinvicta!

This was an amazing way to top off the best month of Isaac runs from you and probably the best Omega run. Both the lead up to it and the episode itself were amazing for keeping me on my toes and sending me on a rollercoaster of emotions. It was almost like a really good TV show leading up to something big and then paying off with a spectacular movie. All the Omega denials and that rough first half into a victory made this one of my favorites of your episodes. Stuff like this is the reason I keep coming back and will always continue coming back until your Isaac series ends. Amazing stuff, and Sissy loves you. 💙

What an incredible run! I wasn’t sure how it would become the greatest of all time in the beginning, but I was so pleasantly surprised. I actually screamed out loud with the return of sacred heart and the appearance of dads key. Great run Sin! Thanks for the great content always!
This run was absolutely crazy. Almost dying in the dark room, then getting an extremely clutch dad’s key in the victory lap, holding onto your lucky r key, getting the 1% chance for a pedestal to spawn in place of a pickup, and that item being deck of cards, allowing you to get question card to continue the omega run, it’s a mind blowing amount of luck and skill required. The game punished you all throughout the run because you missed that sacred heart, but you proved that you are one of the best Isaacs to ever touch the game, and the game rewarded you with sacred heart at the end. It’s almost poetic

The sacred heart mistake early in was taking that big negative hit, that let the game get its trolling out of its system. self troll balanced out to an amazing omega run. a good thing to know which boss room is the delirium room is when you look at the map the delirium room is 2x2 and can only have 1 entrance so it could only be the last boss room

As a console Isaac player i have to deal with looking things up whilst using spin down. I normally use the platinum god website to figure out what it would roll down into but eventually i just learned the cool ones; tooth picks -> sacred heart, bot fly -> death certificate etc
