Brunch at Great Maple in Pixar Place | Disneyland Resort Dining

Hey Park Hoppers! We finally had the chance to eat at the Great Maple Modern American Eatery inside of Pixar Place at the Disneyland Resort. We'd heard nothing but good things from people that had eaten there, so we were super excited to try it out.
A Unique All-Day Menu
Order breakfast, lunch, dinner and craft cocktails at any time of day! Cajun Shrimp & Cheddar Biscuit Benedict, Soda Pop-Braised Baby Back Ribs, Charred Cauliflower Hummus, Maple Pecan-Crusted Salmon and Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Maple Bacon Doughnuts are just some of the tasty menu items. And craft cocktails-including a signature take on the old fashioned with bacon washed bourbon, and the blood orange margarita with spicy salt rim is not to be missed!
