The entire experience must have been interesting to express yourself that way. You can tell that they just wanted to make music, it’s serious, also careless, and humorous at the same time. I can really understand that, like who cares, we’re all going to die one day.
Gackt is insanely popular though. I used to live in Japan until recently and would see his face everywhere (like, by bananas in the supermarket). He is definitely more popular than Hyde, with the normies. The only one who is more popular is Yoshiki.
