Description: This workshop will present WIPP (Web Image Processing Pipelines), an Open Source Image Analytics Platform offering scalable interactive image visualization and container-based scientific workflows. The presentation will start with an overview of WIPP and the concept of FAIR containerized computational software, and follow with a demonstration of the platform capabilities through biological use cases, including interactive deep zoom image exploration, configurable computational workflows and AI-based plugins. The workshop will conclude with a discussion about current work enabling traceable and iterative AI model re-training in WIPP through the interfacing with image annotation platforms.
    Pre-Workshop Instructions: N/A
Keywords: Scientific computational workflows, scalable visualizations, image processing, microscopy images, image annotations, AI, containerized software
