Yo Andy! The conversation with ooz about fasting was dope! Autophagy is the cannibalism of dead cells by the body for fuel. It starts 12/14 hours after you've last consumed any calories. Intermittent fasting is the key to life Brother! 2 to 3 times a week is great!

Uzi secretly the smartest guy at Braille
Uzi is underrated.
Looking at this now, after the closure of braille house, it's all the more obvious how different Andy's videos are. Other people *ahem* give constant expressions of disappointment while being mildly supportive. Andy and Ricky are the best (and kindest) skaters in the room and Andy's spending the entire video chatting with people, asking how they are, and just caring about them and wanting to hang and enjoy skating.
There's a difference between pushing someone to succeed, and celebrating a person regardless. Andy would be ashamed to act disappointed in another skater, as we all should be.
Andy I know it probably makes you really uncomfortable to have people being really complimentary towards you as a person because I know you just love to skate and have a good time with the kind people around you. It's why I follow you bro. May every skater have as good a friend.

The reason you dont see many treflips in Mullen parts is a holdover from freestyle. Apparently in freestyle competitions the crowd wasnt hyped on them so he just stopped doing them.
