Some good students at this gym. But the dude with the hoodie? Come on man show some respect. It's like he has no idea that Superlek could obliterate him in under 1 minute if he wanted to. Glad he paid the price with the knee. Superlek has a way of eventually putting those types in their place. His fight gear kicks in and play time is over.

Overall, I thought it was very nice to watch. Beautiful how Saenchai and Superlek tailored their intensity to the sparring partner’s ability. 👏🏻👏🏻🥰😊
superlek pulling back and showing an elbow he "could" throw shows the massive gap in skill between people who spar hard and people who spar in a precise way. Hate to see people sparring legends so hard but to be honest they probably all needed the experience to understand just how much more work they need to do on their skills and their personality to be great fighters.

knew the second the guy in the weird cut off hoodie came on he was gonna get hurt....if your not respecting that these guys are only play sparring and dont realise youd be hospitalised in about 2 seconds in an actual fight then you deserve whatever 20% power knee to the ribs they give you.

definitely a liver shot, and you can see the student making the 'liver shot face' as he was on the ground. it's a sharp pain and suffocation, I learned the hard way.

Seriously tho, it’s annoying trying to play spar someone and they try and light you up. Like the women I spar are good enough to throw properly but are far too aggressive to focus on developing timing, or creating opportunities, cause I’m not gonna smack em back with the same intent they just ignore anything you give them. The one time I did let go a bit she tapped out mid sparring round from walking into a solid jab

What an amazing opportunity to spar with absolute legends. The lack of respect and intelligence shown by a number of them was dumbfounding, and they were delusional enough to think they could actually get the better of them. There's levels to this shit!

Sparring everyday isn’t the move tho, 2-3 sessions a week is plenty, gotta let yourself Heal and rest to actually progress

@@madmaster3d sweeps is part of the art. And the sound of the strikes is mostly due to the pads. If he goes superbly soft, they won't feel like blocking, and realizing the opening they give. He's teaching them.
So thus far, I see no disrespect from anything you said towards women. He actually goes considerably softer than he goes with the guys.
