which exhaust model is it and is it legal?

No its not legal. It has no catalytic converter and I optionally removed the dB killer. (Also required by law) in the uk ive been past so many police and they have not pulled me over for that. I also removed my pillion pegs which also is technically a MOT fail. I use my bike everyday to get to work and I've had no problems so far.
Also its not in stock but here is the model.
MT125 2014 - 2019 Low Level Exhaust System with 350mm GP Round Black Stainless Silencer
      You can check their website.
