I've been waiting for this video for an age! What a bugger this jobs turning out to be!
Never use teflon tape except for pipe thread fittings, and they are not NPT. Sometimes those fittings (known as JIC) are a real pain, if the cone on the pipe side doesnt match perfectly to the taper on the fitting they will leak. Try loosening the nut quit a bit but dont remove. Then apply pressure so as the pipe is as close to center (virtical in your case) as possible, then tighten the pipe nut. Also, Sometimes the pipe will split in the taper along the weld. Hope this sheds some light on your headache.
Do you have a video or any information on getting to the pressure relief valves? I need to know their location i believe I have one failed. Please help.

I have a 753 and when I shut the machine off the boom and tilt slowly sink down . Any clue or suggestions ? . It’s about 3 inches an hour
try teflon tape
I always use Teflon tape and have never had any problems with it
no hydraulic knowledge here. Just mechanical fitting !!!!
