i was at the gym last week & i was wearing a sports bra & leggings & a grown woman came up to me and told me i needed to put a shirt on because i was distracting her husband from his workouts.. i haven’t gone to the gym since then, it was beyond embarrassing & frustrating😕

I'm so grateful for youtubers like you, Claudia. This vlog was just what I needed to relax after a very long, stressful night. I had to clean up so much shit. Literally. My 3 year old daughter had 2 accidents at school and her teachers sent home underwear covered in shit. 30 minutes of scrubbing to get it out. Not sure whether to laugh hysterically or break down crying. But, in all honesty, you have no idea how much it helps to have videos like this to watch after a night like that. Yeah had a old old man say to me that i need longer shorts when i was at the dollar store a few months ago cause i have big thighs they eat everything and i was just getting up out of my car i didn't have time to pull them down yet. Super uncomfortable when im already self conscious about my body.

You should say a grande but In a venti cup with extra vanilla sweet cream cold foam because they didn’t give you extra, plus you’re paying for it! I always give people an extra size cup up so all there drink is in the cup and they actually get all what they’re paying for lol

claudia reminds me of myself so much, i always go to starbucks and end up getting two gouda sandwiches knowing its somewhat defeating the workout. I also hate going to the mall! one of the malls close to me is very ill just say unsafe and heavily trafficked so i avoid it at all costs, but last time I went I literally ended up buying a large hoodie to wear over myself because I felt to uncomfortable walking around in what i was wearing

abou the gratitude thing i dont think you were overthinking or that it was a sing. i guess it is one of those things where its always there but you kinda noticed once and know you notice every time. similar with the “oh im going to put a lot of red things in front of someone throughout the day so in the evening when i ask them ‘think fast say a color’ they say red” its kinda of in your subconscious. dont know if this is understandable but yeah❤️

When you sign up for planet fitness they’re pretty clear on their dress code... it’s the rules if she likes them or not. I don’t go to PF because they’re so strict about the dumbest things. There are plenty of other affordable gyms that don’t enforce arbitrary rules.

Actually, catcalling is just part of the broader “rape culture” which makes men feel entitled to say those things such as the one you’ve mentioned and to tell a girl what she can or cannot wear. As you said, its obviously not a problem of the girl but rather of men themselves. And trust me, it’s not even about sexual attraction, but rather about power. By those actions ex. Catcalling those men are exploiting their privilege and reinforcing their belief that women are inferior.

It's not discrimination when they have set such rules for everyone, I've heard from people in the comments that this gym doesn't allow men to be shirtless either so it's not discrimination, they just have very strict rules..
