How long should keep tap on my knee?
Is this something you should do for day to day activity or only when you’re exercising? I play football/soccer and often get swelling due to hyperextension and fat pad irritation which cause pain at the back of the knee and prevents playing when severe.

How do I know what correct tapping is used for my injury?
During a workout session, i hurt my knee slightly - more like a little sprain-like while on the treadmill. The next day it had gotten worse to the point it was very uncomfortable and painful to extend my leg. Ive been trying to force myself to walk on my leg (left leg) but its uncomfortable. The pain located is more in the back of the leg, behind the knee, right inside. I'm not sure if its a muscle or joint pain but i would have to say muscle?. A little bit of swelling is around the knee cap also.
Are you able to help me out please?
