Looking at this phone, I wish I could just go back in time before I brought either of the Steam Decks (None of them are bad, Linux is just limited to me) warn myself to not be tempted to buy either one, buy two of these phones when available, and just build or buy an affordable, but still powerful PC or mini PC for Triple-A games.😔
I have a Steam Deck too and had installed Windows on it and have had it since for about half a year which I couldn't be more happy with. If Linux is the problem for you, then installing Windows will be your best bet.
