These are standard issue with my national ambulance service in the UK and are brilliant bits of kit. Be it work or play (kayaking, mountain biking, wildcamping, hiking, bushcraft etc.) I always have one with me.
An overall amazing bandage, I picked these instead of the Israeli Emergency bandage. I just need to get one or 2 practice bandages. Practice makes Perfect!
I have a question which side the gause or the bandage part should be used for what type of wound if there are two of them I.E. bullet enterance and exit, I think that I would use the gause for the exit woulnd and the bandage for the enterance wound. would this be the best way?
Thank you for this very articulate video. I am a CERT member and will be adding this to my first-aid kit.

The gauze packing is a plus however the design of the Israeli bandage allows a person to apply it to themself if need be, especially to an arm

This bandage looks great.
great product and content, thank you
So the difference with the old and new versions is the paper wrapper and the closure bar instead of velcro?
Does these have exp date? Do they last for ever if they are not opened? Thanks in advance
Six years plus one month

Generally exit wounds are bigger so take that into consideration. I feel either way would suffice
