@AuggieAMS They don't tend to do the whole lifting people out of water nor do they spend nearly as much time under water. It's a great sport though.

@AuggieAMS There are plenty of videos and articles about the ways in which syncro swimmers train and even more videos that show full routines. It would be worth watching a handful to get a better understanding of the demands of sycronized (artistic) swimming.

Synchronized swimming is very difficult. Much respect to these ladies and all Synchronized Swimmers.
The fact that 2 of those women are locked together to make a platform for her to stand one while the others lift and keep all 3 and themselves afloat is just wild. I used to think this was SO dumb as a kid, until I saw the work that went into it. These women are absolutely amazing and so strong!
