Where I live there are a couple female only businesses that only hire women, they offer equal service to with male and female customers.

Vegan.... well, there's kind of a stigma against vegans (thanks to dumb protesters doing dumb things), but again, I don't think there anything necessarily wrong with it. It may limit the amount of people who come since a lot of people like bacon with their eggs.
The true problem here is the blatant sexism against men. If people see just how unequal you are, and you make it your "defining trait" of your restaurant, you are bound to fail.

Imagine being the one at the work place that has to clean up the messes that a team of 4 women leave on a regular basis on their way out the door during shift change over. Then if something isn't cleaned or stocked right in the morning they complain that the evening crew isn't doing their jobs right. I have never before met a group of women that 1) Make messes on par with children, 2) Don't clean up after themselves regularly, 3) Don't know how to clean correctly yet are mothers. Though if you complain about their lack of cleaning correctly they claim that you are nitpicking inconsequential details.

There are two women where I live who have been running a successful coffee/tea shop for over 20 years with no issues regardless of Starbucks presence because they run a successful business without an agenda,discrimination,and other nonsense.

Lemme explain... I work for a job 5 years.. new owner is woman. they hire 99.99% women I am the only man. They pay the women more then me with less experience (none of them work there anymore I guess they were not as good as they thought huh).
But that same business I saw a male store manager, who paid women more because its easier to get into someones pants because you are paying them more.
So what is happening? Well men and women are kinda sorta paid the same other then individual isolated incidents the "system" pays them the same. So why does it not look that way on paper? well if you make $14 an hour and work for 1 hour, and I work for 2 hours at $14/hr my mcheck is double yours. That's what women today are saying is inequal. Not that the pay rate is different. But when people hear this they think the pay rate is different.

A third reason is when women get pregnant, they receive more time off while men are working. These three reasons are why men make more money on average than women

Well, there is a pay gap, but it's a bullshit gap. The gap is based on ALL jobs across the board, but that is 100% based on job choice, not discrimination. When viewed based on specific jobs, that gao virtually goes away and, in some cases, switches to women making more. This restaurant is ridiculous. Women can have a business if they want but to have a gender tax is stupid. They will not be in business long.
We've been having this form of different prices/perks for women for few decades in clubs, bars, discos etc. and is pretty common for these establishments to have certan benefits for women like no entrance fees for women or women nights with 50 % off beverages and things like that, but this restaurant had definitely a malicious intentions and purposely charging men more for everything at all times and wield it as badge of honor.

I am a train driver. Women in my profession earn exactly the same as I do. My wife is a teacher, men in her profession earn exactly the same as she does. We live in New Zealand, there is no pay gap.

There is millions.of blokes like me with wifes that spent years home with children.
And these wifes takes parttime jobs latwr, also to have time for now older kids.
It is simply math of aggregation. If you compute avg salary of all IT experts (mainly men) and nurses (mainly women) you will see HUGE gap.
As I said before, the only evil in the whole gap thing is the feminists interpretation of it.
I can easily cook "statistics" that prove women are payed more than men based on working hours, overtimes, career leghts and chosen career paths.

Men pay for the restaurant bill 95% of the time. If a cafe charges men an 18% extra tax, then men will just stop going there. Women don’t pay for anything, so it’s a no brainer the cafe went out of business. The women are clueless. Women are not going to pay for their own meals. Therefore, the cafe goes out of business. Rule #1 Don’t piss off the men who pay for women and children to eat there.

I've started and run many businesses in my time. Number one rule: don't piss off your customers. Make them feel welcome, make sure they have a good experience, all of them. Treat them with dignity and respect. In fact, treat them with more than that, treat them like royalty. I can't imagine imposing anything like that on any of my customers.

As a woman who came of age in the 70's when we really did have gender inequality, I find this cafe reprehensible. Women of my generation didn't fight like hell just to have snowflakes like these make a mockery of our struggle. We fought for EQUAL RIGHTS, NOT the right to discriminate against other groups to make ourselves feel better. A true woman wants to lift everyone up, no matter their gender, race, religion etc. I am glad they went out of business, but I am shocked that the Aussie government didn't prosecute them for gender discrimination.
