Please do eating one type of cereal for 72 hours. Then like make it into a lucky draw and make them pick out which cereal. They can then improvise by changing it up by trying diff recipes

mr bean rice bowl is small, and the food ingredients is mostly all from frozen. the time i ate it the broccoli was still cold although I just bought it. don't recommend it at all! can easily eat healthier at normal veg rice stall by having more veg and no gravy.
