Most African small businesses operate with 5000-10000 $ ,how best can I encourage business owners to consider google advertising a feasible way to increase their customers base and sales
Good morning Ben , thank you again. I totally agree with no 17 our sales went from o to 8k using £10 per day. It's massively improved our business. This is just one product. So we are scaling in the new to year to other products. Maassive thanks yo your videos. Here is a tip for beginners watch the same videos atleast twice. Merry xmas to you and your team
Thanks for this video, Ben. But I would like to point out something on your audio. There is a sudden stop in your audio when you finished speaking your sentence. I think it's because of your noise reduction filter or something. It sounds weird.
About having a small budget and putting the ads in front of the right people - what if you use custom google audiences? How can you control on a detailed level who video ads are being shown to?
Hi ben, can you make a video regarding universal app campaign promotion in google ads, all of your videos are more focused on running general google ad campaigns right, I would love to hear from you regarding google ads for subscription apps.
Another great video, Ben! I do have a question/myth that wasn’t addressed here. I’m curious to know your experience with location based campaigns vs one campaign with local based ad sets. A business I work with has 5 locations (all around 80 miles apart from each other). Each location also has its own marketing budget, but if I break them out, it seems repetitive with keywords, intent, etc. If we do 1 campaign, I’m worried the budget won’t be distributed as intended… but if I break them out, the budget feels too small. Thoughts? Same issues happening on Meta. 5 campaigns, each with warm/cold audience, or 1 warm and 1 cold campaign with 5 ad sets each. Keep up the great work. You’ve been providing so much value to us digital marketers! Edit - I removed my budget too small component after watching the last 4 minutes of the video. Caught red handed! 😂
That's a good question. In that scenario I would normally go with separate campaigns. There are downsides as you mentioned but I think that's the best way to approach it :)
Google now keeps saying my ad strength is poor. I made all the changes they suggested. Optimization is at 92% but ad strength is still 'poor' and I hv not been able to change that. So annoying. 😢 I get clicks but no conversions. I suspect the clicks are low quality.
@@BenHeathGoogleAds - thank you for the feedback! I think that’s the right approach as well. To follow-up, I think I might be doing both! Budgets are really strong in Q1 and Q2, but they spend significantly less in Q3 and Q4 due to their business. I might experiment with the “1 campaign to rule them all” in Q3 and Q4 to compensate for that decline. Wish me luck! As always, keep up the great work. I watch every video and always have something new to apply or test thanks to you.
@@SheriDin are you positive your conversions are set up correctly in whatever tool you’re using? (Google Tag Manager for example) For my experience, Google’s rankings are very broad. One of my best performing campaigns has had “Limited By Budget” on it for years… but it works because my client doesn’t need as many clicks or conversions as Google thinks they do.
I’ll get like 250 clicks in the ad but I’ll have only 100 actual user sessions on my Shopify site. Any idea on the cause of this discrepancy? I should have at least 250 user sessions, no?

Hi Ben,
Do you have a video explaining how to resolve the Google Merchant Center misrepresentation issue?
I don’t I’m afraid but that’s a good idea
@@BenHeathGoogleAds No worries at all! All your other content is super helpful anyway
more than decade but still hanging on 40 k subscribers

Well I have another YT channel with 325k subs and only started publishing weekly again on this one in September.

Accidental clicks will be some of that - otherwise could be slow load page times?
Thanks for this video.
