Kudos to the great architecturers and engineers who built US!!
My dad worked for the old Delaware Lackawanna Railroad in the 30's, 40's and well into the time when it merged with the Erie and became the Erie Lackawanna. I spent a lot of time in that terminal!! Bring back the Phoebe Snow! :)
Me: "Really an hour video of just some guy walking? Who's going to watch that...lolz?"
Me an hour later... "...okay I guess...me."
Great to see , did this exact walk 4 years ago :)
I love your walks so great here i am in Bolton England just wishing i could be there.
I love your video u like superman so much energy to walk and make video for us tks
Great video! Love that area!
this is exactly where i went randomly in september on my holiday. i was looking for a place to work and start a new life, turns out europe is somewhat newer than new york atm, and the USA is kinda stuck in the 80s, although people are friendly and wages are higher in the USA
Thank you! I am from Austria, love your videos!
I love to sit in Hoboken and just enjoy the warm summers miss this since the corona virus is here
Wow... finally a walking tour of Jersey City... amazing...
Yup! Not too many New Yorkers venture out to Jersey City
actionkid105 Well I’m a New Yorker who loves to Venture Jersey City.
@@ActionKid I want to move back to New Jersey is there anyway we can meet up and talk
The best burgers in jersey city Johnny Rockets loved that place and the dodgy dancing lol
WOW! I didn't know that they built a walkway from the terminal to Newport. The last time I was there was back in 1998 and they had a sign saying coming soon right where once stood an old building.
I have not been there since 1995. I remember walking through a building to get to the Newport Mall.
Where is everyone? all this beautiful buildings and places to shop. hardly any people
It's because Zombie apocalypse began there
It's Sunday and winter time. I think most people would like to stay home where it is warm. If this was a weekday or the weather was warmer, it would be filled with lots of people.
at 51:28 you are showing my building oh my God 😊😊
Nice huge shopping 🛍 centre
Belissimo video
Nice job thanks
Great video..you are in shape! Curious if you have a smart watch what your pulse is as you walk.
Nope, I don’t use a smart watch at all.
I really love all your country, am from Maurice, but one day I like to walk on your country, making a good trip
OK. You got that one too!!!
I'm strongly considering a move to Hudson County when I retire.
Good afternoon from Boston Mass
@ 10:02 ,,into vid once ya made right turn i jumped on 95 south back to Philly..
peace
Like a ghost 👻 town
To be fair, the route he is walking in this vid seems almost specifically designed to avoid places where people would be walking (other than inside the mall, lol)
Starting footage this place large expanse water look just like London docksland Canary Wharf situated to east of London
it is not london its newjearsey usa
@@rockandrollman9290 it looks like it
Thr building @58:02 reminds me of the jenga game.
Why don't you walk along the River in Jersey City?! You did some but there is a lot more. Maybe focus on looking across the river to Manhattan. One of the best views of Manhattan there are.
I could do it in a future video
If you can I think it'd be cool. I used to live in Jersey City as a kid in the 90s, it has a lot of new construction from what I saw in your video.
@@ActionKid I remembered I used to live at the end of Green street before all the towers like Goldman Sachs building went up. Great views around "Colgate Clock" area. Just an idea.
Hey dude! Did you know that in Jersey City is the city of chaos?
You don’t know but you’ll find out later!
Just wondering: When you are done filming your walks and shut your camera off, since you are far from where you started from, how do you get back home?
It depends, most of the time I take public transportation back.
Welcome to my side of town. Hope ya like it.
Bet you are on overload with suggested videos.
Jersey City has become a pitiful shell of its former glory as a tough, ethnic, industrial, hard working city. It has been hopelessly and helplessly gentrified by people who do not know, understand or appreciate its former glory days. It has fallen from its glory as a robust manufacturing center or New Jersey, and become an overpriced shopping center for breeders who will trample upon its historic greatness, and move away to the suburbs once their children come to school age. Don't take my word for it, just look to what they have done to our once beloved Hoboken. Bayonne you are next. My condolences.
Nice video, which camera are you using (brand and company)?
This was shot on a GoPro HERO5 Black
U did not go to the Journal square area. Would have loved to see that part of the city.
I’ll have to take a visit another time!
Ride My Bike Through There Always
Enormous ghost town, i have cousins in JC, btw.
Where is everyone? Lol
How about going to the other neighborhoods in Jersey City.
There's a New Jersey video coming up tomorrow morning!
Thank you thank you thank you.
You promise.
