Absolutely brilliant video. My friend those are amazing artifacts, I really appreciate you taking the time to share .Beautiful material and great craftsmanship.👍
I have just recently gotten into arrowhead hunting, after finding a medicine bowl, a friction fire rock and a spearhead all by dumb luck. The medicine bowl came in a load of rock from the quarry, the friction fire rock in the landscaping rocks along our house and the spear point in our field, along the creek on our farm land. All 3 are beautiful pieces and it is like they found me. So after these events, I've got the itch. Excellent finds in the video, that looks like a very productive day.
Some people might frown on it but you can wash it off to keep that wet look try mop and glow on one of your points it really brings out the working .I'm a 60yr old Colorado collector and out here there is rocks more rocks thousands of years of buffalo and then cattle we dont complain when a point is 90percent there some of the high parks we hunt have had almost no deposition in thousands of years and it is very volcanic it's hard to find perfect points of any size but alot like the river you hunt you can find paleo archaic and newer points all on the surface so that's a bonus anyway your finds awesome!
I got to admit that the first video I watched, I thought this guy isn’t real. I thought you were planting those points, but after watching you I realized that you are the real deal. Congratulations! I can’t imagine finding all those killers. I live in Ky just across the river from Ohio and about 10 miles from WVA. All we have to hunt how is the Ohio River and just never have days like you guys have.
Yessir definitely the real deal. I value my reputation more than any rock or view I could get on the internet. I do love this hobby though and it is my passion! Thanks for the feedback happy hunting
Dude you always find super killers!!! Love watching!! That black drill is killer wicked damn !!!! How that survived?????? Hey what type of boat do you use a Jon boat or V ??
Ive just gotten into this hobby around march. Metal detect relics so its sorta parallel hobby or gateway if you will! I found a very creek worn dalton or clovis (jury's still out,50/50 forum feedback) around nashville nearest creek to my hotel back in march(only point ive ever found)! Since then ive put 100hrs in or damn near with 2 brokes since and touched by injun(side work, tools, biface rough stuff) stuff byvthe bucket loads. I have a bad habit of turning over every rock in the damn crick and 4hr hunt 30yds coverage! 😂😅😅😢😢😢😢 yeah im trying to break from that hunt killin approach, seriuosly its held me back big time im sure of it! As stated i find alot of 100% touched by injun worked stuff so points are about but if i pick up the entire creek if its worked never covering ground 🤔 i camt expect to cross the "killer" to often or so it seems, ive put the time in and just not picking up points! 3 buckets of preform, knapped edge stuff, wood working toolage, flakes etc. Anyone reading this do yourself a favor if there is actual touched by injun were your hunting keep it moving best ya can or youll have time in by the bushels without showcase proof of it!
Sorry im a year late but beautiful finds. Im no genius by know means. But i do have Two degrees in archaeology. Those bird points as most every one calls them. Are actually arrow heads. The arrow heads most people get are actually spear points. It would take a shaft the size of our arms to shoot what folks call arrow heads.
Whoever is getting yelled at on the phone in the videos in the background must be catching hell from his old lady. Lol. Run your video back and listen. Lol
What a group of beautiful points! I would be there after every rain! Congrats!
Wow! Beautiful!
